Front bearing went out on vehicle. $700.00 to replace at Chevy in Cook, MN. This was nearly twice the amount I paid to have other bearing replaced 1 yr previous in Forest Lake, MN. In fact, mechanic recommended I replace "that" bearing too until I informed him it had been replaced. No other options available within miles. FYI: 1st place I serviced our vehicle that would not recognize veterans service with a discount - even at their inflated price.

I’ve been there twice without appointment for service on my vehicle. They worked me in right away both times. Diagnosed my problems and fixed them right away. I live out of town so that meant the world to me. I’ve been to other dealerships where I’ve heard we might be able to get to it tomorrow. Not at Ranger Chevrolet! Best service I’ve ever experienced. I don’t plan to take my vehicle anywhere else.
For the past 2-1/2 years since I purchased my new 2013 Dodge Dart, this dealership has walked with me every step of the way as I dealt with an intermittent exhaust (in the interior) problem and eventually electronic problems that persisted throughout the entire warranty period. They listened, they made every effort to repair, they informed me of all avenues of potential solutions and they didi ti all in away that I always felt respected, valued, supported. When things were no longer in their hands, they went to bat for me, so now instead of ending my warranty stuck with a car that gives me no piece of mind, I was helped to purchase the new 2015 Dart (receiving a credit from Chrysler) - so I can now enjoy a new car that gives me the piece of mind a new car should.
