After a week of looking for a used truck and coming up disappointed by the deceptive pictures online and non professional people we dealt with, we finally found a truck we liked online based on price and the pictures provided on the Plaza Chrysler Dodge website.
Although we live in Clearwater, we decided to take the 1.5 hour drive hoping the truck would be what we expected. The trip was worth it in SO many ways. Not only was the truck nicer in person but the sales woman, Christina Finch was such a refreshing pleasure to work with. No high pressure sales tactics. No trying to steer us into a higher priced truck. She could not have been nicer and more professional from the moment we arrived until we left, with the truck, 2.5 hours after thier normal 6pm closing time on a Saturday night. Mr. Orr was also so accomodating as he also remained to complete the paperwork in order for us to leave with the truck that evening.
The dealership itself was beautiful, clean and very professional. We are so glad we took the drive and would do it again in a heart beat if we are ever in the market for another vehicle.

I found a super low mileage 2004 Honda Accord online and visited the State Road 52 store only to find it was at the US-19 store. They quickly called to make sure the vehicle was still available. After arriving and test driving the car, they were patient as I arranged payment and some financing over the weekend and picked the car up on Monday. There was no pressure whatsoever to buy, and the guys were really easy going and laid back. I highly recommend Rock Bottom whether you're eligible for traditional credit, or need to utilize sub-prime credit. They'll treat you far and get you on your way.

We came in just looking around to see what was out in the market. We had just left another facility, due to the experience of the manager trying to over sell us his car. We then met Bob. He was down to earth and up-front about his inventory and what was available. We came across a Lincoln Zypher and found our new car. The total team was great to work with from start to finish.
