Mike and the crew at Driven are top notch. We drove 2+ hours to look at a Traverse that I had a bunch of communication with Mike about. First I have to say he is very quick to respond back to questions you may have. Second, if you like high pressure sales, then do not go here!!! These guys are the lowest pressure (actually no pressure at all) that I have ever seen from any sales people. We will definitely be coming back to see Mike again and I have already handed out a few of his cards to friends. The bonus of all this is that the price was great and my wife loves her "new" car. Ilya is a magician!!! The car looks brand new. You would have to look very closely to see that there was ever any damage.

have a 2013 Kia Forte used for business and have over 100G on the car. Although car not purchased at Williams the service department has been great! Totally upfront about what needs to be done and cost .. at 100G service they gave me a loaner at no charge. Based on the experience we have had we bought a new car from Williams. Recommend Williams Sales and Service.
We purchased a vehicle here and would definitely do so again in the future. David was great to work with and made the whole process very easy. He was able to guide us through the process of buying in NY and registering in PA. We also liked being able to see the complete Carfax report.
The people that work here are very accommodating. They are friendly and patient. I moved here from Northern Virginia about two years ago and did not know where to get my car serviced. I broke down and took it to the dealer's service department. I am so happy that I did. I will go no where else. I have two Ford Expeditions and will buy any future vehicles from this dealership. They are fast to get you in for service, fast to get you out, but most of all... they are honest!
Poor service 2 hour wait to change 2 front tires and wash the car > many other problems > had to wait 1 hour for a Lincoln loaner car very slow service > Front tires were worn out would not pass inspection and had just bought the car from Williams and less the 1000 miles use from time of purchase.
