My salesman was awesome I was dealing with a back injury and he had everything ready to go when I got there. Also they came a long distance almost 2 hours to pick us up when we got the car. Im amazed at how well we were treated!

This was the best experience compared to all other car dealership experiences in the past. The salesman and finance manager were courteous and respectful at all times. The salesman (Eric) located the second set of keys and promptly called us. Thank you !
In the past my experience here in the sales side of the dealership was not very good. They were very pushy and talked to me as if I was an idiot who didnt know what I wanted. For example, when I bought my first pickup I was young, but my job dictates that I tow big trailers on a very regular basis. So when I came in and said I was interested in a diesel pickup the salesman immediately assumed I couldnt afford it and began going on and on how I needed a small pickup like a dodge Dakota.... All that to say this buying experience was much different, my sales person listened and let me drive everything I was interested in. The only hang up that happened was the guy in the finance department. I was paying cash yet he insisted in wanting to tell me about their financing options, and he was slightly rude about it.
My biggest complaint about this dealership is not in the sales department though, its the service department. I have never had a good experience at this service department. They are extremely rude, and their work is horrible. I had a 3 month old pickup that was having issues with the AC so I took it into them. Over the course of the next 5 months they had my pickup in 7 different times often for weeks at a time.... they never fixed it.... I ended up taking it to another dealership an hour and half away, where they fixed it in a couple hours!!! For this reason I could never recommend this dealer to a friend.
Lithia stood behind a prior repair to a Rich to Lean trouble code that a technical service bulletin was issued. The dealership made the required repairs but several months later the trouble code reappeared. They fixed it at No Charge!!! Nicely done!
