We purchase a new vehicle at least every 3 years. . .so we have had quite a bit of experience with car salesmen. Carlos Lopez is by far our favorite. He listened to what we wanted; was attentive (even though he was very, very busy); and made our experience a great one. Dan handled our finances and he was a nice surprise. This is where you can sometimes feel pressured into purchasing a maintenance plans even when you had not intended to. He presented us with options but did not pressure us in any way. Refreshing. Great overall experience. You cannot go wrong with Bommarito Nissan West County. They have a nice selection of vehicles, nice facility, and as I already mentioned--first rate staff.

I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

the car is absolutely amazing…. but they are out of there xxxx minds if they think this car is worth $70,000 . Completely over priced and someone is trying to screw someone over big time. The car is not worth that much and we have yet reached a time where they are no longer selling them at dealerships. There are a lot still out here and selling very well. This person who ever put that $70,000 price tag on this car is insane and shouldn’t be aloud to sell fruit no less a car smh.

SXT AWD 3.6 V6 is a very comfortable and dependable car with enough power. I get 33 mpg on long trips and with AWD very handy for wet roads or snow. Lots of extra features like the Beats stereo and I also like the red door puddle lights, fold-down rear seat makes extra trunk hauling space, too. I recommend the Charger, No mechanical issues so far.

just want to say that I am incredibly happy with the service I received, the follow-up by the car dealers and the overall help in finding the right car for me. Jordan Mayes in particular did a very good job of being flexible and competent regarding scheduling a meeting or questions I had about the car, which made the process with the Ford Mustang smooth. All in all, it was the right thing for me to buy a car from Jack Schmitt Ford of Collinsville and I will recommend to seek help from Jordan Mayes or others who works there!

2022 Charger. Handle and drives great with the 20 inch wheels. Brakes great. Getting 26 mpg town and over 30 mpg on the highway. Plenty of power with the 3.6 engine. Great car for the money.

I was looking for a newer vehicle and unfortunately the didn’t have the type of vehicle I needed. But I’m sure they will soon. The staff and sales people are super nice and totally honest. I will be doing business with the used car dealership in the future. Even though I didn’t not find what I was looking to perches. I highly recommend this place. The 2022 GT Charger looks great and sexy. Has a great sport suspension with excellent handling, V6 and ride. Best of all it gets excellent highway gas mileage. 30+ MPG. Trim and interior are perfect, except for not having the updated LED interior lighting. Otherwise, car can compete with any foreign manufacture in quality and price. Would recommend this car with a five-star rating.

I spoke with Tra Farrow recently at the Alton IL. Location. I was completely honest with him. He ask where I was thinking I wanted my payment to be monthly. I give him my response. I was buying a pre owned vehicle. I bought a Dodge Ram regular cab. He also was completely honest, respectful, of my request. He said he would see what he could do. After talking it was clear that we could complete the sale. I have always purchased my vehicles from private owners. This is the first time I used a dealership. I have this dealership and Tray a five star rating. While I realize it is difficult to get it give a business a five star rating. It was easy to give them the best possible rating. Everyone whom I came into contact with during my visit was outstanding. I was overwhelmed at how easy it was. This business could not have done anymore to change my opinion of dealerships. I bought this Dart used. It was a one-owner car with 26,970 miles. The fit and finish are excellent. Amazing standard features for a car of the original MSRP. The car's looks are still current 9 years after production ceased. It normally gets around 25-30 MPG. My only complaint is the Hyundai 6-speed automatic as I wish that it had an American-made 9-speed automatic instead. I had been driving various Plymouth and Dodge Neons for 31 years prior to the purchase of this Dart.

Still looking have a good selection of El casinos, but I'm in pa. And they are all far away.i like to see and drive something before I buy.

Love this car. I had bought a 2011 Charger when they first changed the body style and loved it as well but I moved up north and needed to sell it for 4 wheel drive. I am back down south now and got rid of the 4 wheel drive and went straight back to the Charger. I bought the R/T and it has lots of power and is super comfortable as well. I plan on keeping this one and never getting rid of it. If you want something that can fit 4 to 5 people comfortably and still have plenty of muscle this is a great car.

I am giving them a 4 star even though I wanted to give 5 because: 1. I asked them to match a price that I found elsewhere, and they did it within five minutes! 2. They were very responsive to phone calls, texts, and emails 3. The pick up process was smooth, painless, and easy. 4. They took time to explain the features of vehicle and help me get connected to my vehicle. 5. They offer free delivery within 100 radius!!! (WOW) Now for my issues: 6. I paid with a personal check, and they verified funds, but would not give me the title or a receipt showing paid in full. (technically they still own my vehicle, even though I paid them, not my fault if they don't cash right away or use electronic checks in 2025). 7. Some verbiage needs better clarification such as leather seats vs Softex and what actually is on your vehicle. (to date I am still a bit confused because the seats feel like synthetic, which is not what I want). 8. One of the documents says my vehicle is a Landcruiser 1958 and others do not. again confusing. Overall.....this dealership and the sales team are awesome, and I will both recommend them....and deal with them again. I just hope they will work on communicating certain things better in future.

This is the second Charger owned. 2019 and a 2023. The car is reliable but workmanship and materials are no different between the model years. I anticipate issues with the 2023 that I incurred with the 2019 such as early suspension component wear and UConnect problems with blue screen and eventual failure. One item Dodge cut corners on starting in 2020 was elimination of the remote gas door. It is now tap and open and there is no aftermarket filler neck lock that can be purchased to prevent someone from pouring a fluid or substance into the gas tank using an emergency filler funnel. The car also honks 3 times instead of a beep if anyone including a passenger leaves the car with the keys/FOB to go inside a Post Office to check the mailbox, or make a quick stop at a convenience store. Seems logical it would prevent a lone driver leaving a running vehicle, so why do automakers have remote start using the FOB, or Dodge APP. They need to allow the owner the option to select no horn or just flashing lights. When it comes to value, it gets an average rating. Nothing spectacular about the car except it no longer will be produced with a Hemi. And the price exceeds its value for a vehicle that has not seen a body change in too many years and uses the same shoddy suppliers for the fault prone UConnect, and interior door panels known to buckle along the windows for no reason, even garaged vehicles. That's probably why there is still a glut of these "Last Call" cars before Stellantis, nothing more than a group of investors, pushes the next generation performance Charger on buyers as a rebadged 2 door Electric Challenger, or 2-door in-line 6 cylinder. But it a fun car because of its performance. And that's what attracts buyers to this 4-door car. If "Fun" was a rating category, I would give it a 5.
