This was our first time buying a Lexus and the Naperville dealership was beautiful. We worked with Dylan Kiser, who was terrific. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle - as a "car guy," offered his candid opinions about other makes as well. He was friendly yet professional in demeanor and answered all of our questions (including those posed by our 11yo son who came along for the test drive). And he didn't pressure us even a little bit. In fact, he made it quite obvious that he saw his role as that of trying to help us, not necessarily sell us a car. Once we decided to buy, he made the process fun too -- something to celebrate. I would definitely return to this dealership and work with Dylan, Allan, and Brendan again. Thanks, fellas.
2026 Lexus ES 500e review
After own it from March 2026 loved it this Lexus Tesla Y version... a lots of different from Tesla Y in craft interior, looks, power, charge time, range 😀..... same price just got what missing for Lexus Ev narrow down to excelent class value cash values keep values up not like Tesla Y half price after several years...

They made it very enjoyable to buy at Fox. I changed salesman because I was in two months ago and talked to Nick B. and he said he couldn’t help me until I got my loan down plus my son called about my new truck and he wouldn’t return his call. Was very rude even with my first truck I bought. I let Pete know that I would not deal with him. Scott took care of the issue. Thank you all for the pleasant and up front on the new truck. 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ review
Very responsive and comfortable car. You feel on top of the world. The features are great. The car rides as if it knows what you want to do. The massage chair is so worth it when you are in traffic or have long commute. This car is made for people who enjoy luxury but don’t want to pay for the high gas.
