I read some of the reviews and was appalled at them. We have NEVER had anything but an absolute perfect experience at Gossett KIA. I have owned two of KIA products and have always used the Gossett Service Department for maintenance and/or any other problems.

I watched a ton of reviews and so many are critical of small things that in reality didn't matter. The charging speed is more than adequate for daily driving. The range is great! It has a ton of features and feels very refined compared to any other EV I have driven. Nissan really needs to do better marketing this car so more people can experience it!

Took my stinger in fir a leaking tire warranty and they got right in it ordered tire and it was ready just like the lady told me it would be.be back in a couple months for my next svc thanks for all your help..

I was not sure which vehicle that I wanted but Will took a lot of time with me and was very patient while I was deciding. Obviously the car was very important to me but the customer service that I received was also. I had the best service advisor I have ever encountered in decades of owning cars and having them serviced. His name is Joe Brown and his demeanor, attitude, and knowledge of his job were all above and beyond his job requirements. His performance is a reason to keep buying cars at this dealership. Typically service is where some dealerships fall short of having repeat customers. Mr. Brown should be the standard that all service advisors are held to. I will. Continue to get my vehicle serviced there and probably will take vehicles that were not purchased there to Mr. Brown?s dealership. What a pleasant experience. I recently had the pleasure of test driving, and I must say, it left quite an impression. As someone who values both reliability and versatility in a vehicle, this pickup exceeded my expectations in more ways than one.

I had my car towed last night after hitting a pothole and popping my tire. Called Audi Memphis and talked with Tracy this morning. Tracy indicated service was very busy but he would do the best he could to get me the same tire for my car. Tracy scrambled and got a tire that would normally take until the following Tuesday. He also made sure a recall was fixed on my car. Thank you for going above and beyond to get my car back same day after a last minute drop off.

This car is exactly what I was wanting for my regional/local transportation. It is quick, comfortable, stylish, dependable, reliable, fun, eye catching and easy to operate. I do wish there was more range but I've had no problems in my regional travel: just need to be realistic about the range facts. My passengers are pleasantly surprised by the styling, comfort and performance.

The service department at Gossett Kia is top notch. Mr. Brandon Jackson is a great service representative; he kept me updated on the mechanic's progress.

Ok, good car. Lots of great reviews online. We have a GT and let me say the biggest issue is technology. Tesla has set a high bar with customers. I expect EVs to fully integrate with mobile and to require less to do more. Kia is truly bombing here. Smart Key? About as difficult to setup as can be. Second Driver? It’s like Kia didn’t know the concept existed. Interconnected Experience? Kia Connect Reps don’t have my name or address, yet the app does? Online Experience, different architect, limited features, slow. It took two hours to get me and my wife setup. I gave up on the keys.

There is really no other vehicle like this on the road. It’s ride quality is great. It’s quiet, fast and off-road capable. The interior design of the cabin is excellent and tasteful. It’s the epitome of form plus functionality.

Had a positive experience with the company. They were very helpful and didn’t pressure me into buying anything, setup several test drives and I decided to purchase an Audi Q7.
