The diagnosed my truck within a day of it being towed in, had me an and plan with timing, and back on the road within 4 business days after a major repair and parts ordering. They contacted me on open recalls and knocked all of them out at the same time. Josh text me frequently while they had my truck so that I could follow along with the process and made my alternative planning that much easier. I can?t thank him and this team enough!

This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

I have to thank Jay at Newton Ford South. My wife has wanted a truck every since I bought my Ford Ranger but she wanted something smaller that fit her better. Jay took the time to let us drive the newer Ranger but it still didn't fit her. A few minutes after we returned from the test drive, the delivery truck rolled up with 3 new Mavericks. Chase got one of the truck and had it at the front door in a blink. They grabbed tags and we took off for another test drive. When we got back Chase had all the paperwork done, we had traded my wife's car in. There wasn't any haggling on price. Chase had given us a great deal right from the start, a more than fair trade-in value and everything was transparent which is sometimes hard to find. By the time we got through signing papers with Travis and a few jokes, her truck was clean and ready to go. I am usually the worlds worst at buyers remorse but this is one purchase that was so non pressured, honest , and informative that I had no doubts as we drove away. Toyota decided to get serious with their electric compact suv over their earlier version. Lowered the price making it competitive with all others in this class. Also making it now competitive is the increase in driving range, the XLE AWD model gets a significant boost with a 288 mile range. In addition the horsepower on the XLE AWD increased to 338 providing 0-60 in the middle 4 second range… that’s head snapping power. Also, major improvements were addressed to the charging system… now able to charge significantly faster and it comes using the NACS (North American Charging Standard) outlet connection for faster charging ( (originally called the Tesla charging connection). I personally enjoy driving the bZ around town but also on major roads. It runs quietly as an electric should but also isolates road noise. The instrument panel is different but coming from driving my plug in hybrid Prius Prime I’m used to different. I trust Toyota overall quality over all other manufacturers whether the vehicle is a traditional combustible gas engine or now electric.

I came in for routine maintenance and Stan McNabb did their usual great job - I drive 50 extra miles to use their service department because I trust them to take care of my car.

Just had the car for a month. It's much like its predecessor, the bz4x but gets better range, at 90% from 230 to 275. It rides smoothly and a bit less noisy than the 4x. I'm very happy with it.
