The service department at Berlin City is always excellent to deal with. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, my car is always done in a timely manner, and the valet service means that there is no interruption to my day when my car needs service.

The service department is excellent, and extremely accommodating; Ashley was very helpful and calm the whole time. I have a particular problem with commercial fragrance, and they go out of their way to help me avoid going into any spaces with a lot of chemical residue (bathrooms, service lobby, waiting room; I usually stay outside or just in the service bay). The manager of the service bay who also takes care of loaner cars is especially attentive, Jason, but everyone there was very friendly and helpful. When it first seemed that it was going to cost me many thousands of dollars, they immediately combed over the paperwork and made sure that my two warranties would take care of me.

25K trouble free miles so far. Everybody picks on the 55 kW maximum charge speed, but the car is so efficient that it still adds 100 mi in ½ an hour at a DC station. Imagine a 200 HP Fit, and you've got the idea. Zero dollars on maintenance/repair.

1 month in and really enjoying the car. Very comfortable and quiet. The ride is smooth and pretty responsive for a true 3 rom suv. Charging has been easy and can use any fast charging stations. Home charge is very easy. Set the time, plug it in and all charged by morning. The range is holding pretty true. Using air-conditioning and cooling seats on the highway will drop the estimated range but I still did 270 miles I am 6'5" and I can fit in the 3rd row and have someone my size in front of me. The electronics are all their and using the auto hold a lot.

My experience was great at Berlin City - Tom went out of his way to help me again! He found the vehicle I wanted at the right mileage and price. While I was unable to finance the vehicle at the right payment/interest rate due to some credit issues of my own, I will definitely be back in 4-6 months to purchase a new vehicle from him!

I love this place & I'm very happy with my vehicle, BUT... my only complaint is the service center chargers outrageous prices! Seriously, OUTRAGEOUS!! I made the mistake of purchasing my brake pads and rotors here, instead of going to a my local mechanic shop and I practically paid double! What would have cost me about $600 INCLUDING parts & labor at Busheys Auto, cost me $952 here!!! YES, $952 & that's including the FREE inspection and I didn't even need tires like I thought I was going to and I STILL walked out paying almost $1,000!! As a single mother of two, that literally killed me financially. However, I didn't feel as if I really had a choice because my rear brakes were already down to the metal; my fault, I know, but I didn't want to leave and wait to get in somewhere else. LESSON LEARNED!! I won't use the service center for out-of-pocket expenses. It's been two days and I'm still just sick over that amount I had to pay! Anyway, aside from the cost the people are very friendly and I would recommend getting a vehicle here, I just don't recommend purchasing anything through the service center unless, of course it's covered under warranty or a free service. 😉

I have had nearly every luxury and sports car made and this is hands down my favorite car. It is so fast and smooth it is really mind-blowing. I love the anti-Trump/Elon losers on here giving it 1 star that have never owned one and almost certainly cannot afford one.

Nik took my initial call and I worked with Frankie Candido for the store’s sales person. Frankie was respectful, knowledgeable and did not push in any way. I recently had a mechanical emergency with my vehicle. My car was towed to the service center at Key Automotive in the evening hours. I received a friendly phone call from Ethan in the service department first thing the next the morning. Ethan’s customer service exceeded my expectations from start to finish. My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired by noon. The atmosphere when picking up my vehicle was professional and friendly. They had even washed my vehicle before I arrived! Even though this is not a local automotive facility for me, I will be back for all of my sales and service needs!

It's a cadillac! Big Spacious Smooth Ride! Plenty of tech, easy to use. Lots of storage space. Plenty of torque, speed and acceleration, no problem

Josh from Berlin City Kia was amazing at finding exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle. He was very informative,concise,and quick. There is nothing worse when car hunting to sit at a dealership for 3-6 hrs only to find it’s not going to work for you.
