This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

I absolutely love this dealership! We have been purchasing our vehicles there for years and also getting them serviced there. I see the inside of the building when I buy my vehicles and then pretty much don't again until I am looking for a new one because they come to my house and pick up my vehicle every time I need it serviced and drop it back off. It makes my life so easy. They are always prompt and explain anything that needs to be done. Thank you for being in our community and the service you provide!

It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.

Dorsch Kia was the most consistent when i needed a response. I did not do business because another dealer had free oil changes. I would like to add that if that sales pitch wasn’t there I would have given Dorsch my business.

I own a 2024 EV6 Wind AWD (traded in a 2012 Subaru Legacy Limited) and it’s probably the best car I’ve ever owned. And it can go 0-60mph in under 4½ seconds, which is on a par with some of my dream cars (Ferrari and Lamborghini from a few decades ago). Charging at home with a $150 charger that plugs into a regular power outlet is quick and adds power to the battery as I sleep. I have a YouTube channel where I post occasional videos, showing what it’s like to own an electric car in your silver-haired years. If you have questions, drop by and ask away.

She did every to make us comfortable with experience and spent tons of time with us! She will be there after the sale I am sure! $35/month bump in electric bill, $220/month saved in gas. Smooth ride, all the modern touches. Took a bit of getting used to not having a spare tire, but I could lug one around if it was a deal breaker. (The flat repair kit and roadside service say it isn't.) Love the adaptive cruise control, but sometimes it gets fooled when I move into a turn lane, so I tap the brake before that move. I rarely commute more than 50 miles a day, so no issue with charge. Took a 380 mile round trip and had no issue planning the ride to meet a Level 3 charger en route at lunch time. There are numerous apps for that. I added a home Level 2 fast charger for under 1k, and jumped on a discounted rate plan, so it's always at 80% when I get up in the morning. I like this car much more than I thought I would.

Pickup is quick. Looks amazing. Maintenance and maintenance cost is negligible. For my 40K mile service done at Ford dealer my bill was $0! You read the right. Charges well and works. Heated seats and heated steering wheel in MI weather is a blessing. I have it set where it heats up the cabin & conditions the battery on its own at my departure time everyday. It is also set up, where it doesnt charge at the time when my electric company charges a premium on electricity. No issues what so ever. I love the car.
