2023 Hyundai TUCSON review
I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

2019 Subaru Outback review

2024 Nissan Altima review
Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

There are some things worth noting. Gas mileage is not great. No where near what it says. Controls are hard to navigate and confusing but I love the phone, GPS, ride, Sirius and other safety features.

2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

2022 BMW X3 review
It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

2021 Kia Sorento review
THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

2022 Nissan Altima review
I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

2024 Mitsubishi Outlander review
Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

2020 Nissan Altima review
I’ve owned a lot of vehicles over the years, and this 2020 Altima SL truly stands out for its balance of comfort, technology, reliability, and value. The ride is smooth and quiet, and the 2.5 engine delivers excellent fuel economy while still having plenty of power for highway driving. I recently had an extremely positive experience at Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi in North Hills. Having just retired, I was interested in a small hatchback and eventually they set me up with a pre-certified 2021 Mirage with about 50,000 miles on it and I got a great price. The process was seamless from my initial outreach to the General Sales Manager Bill Driscoll via email to this person then setting me up with John Barbour as my official sales representative. John was great, very attentive, and offered excellent customer service. It’s just great to have a dedicated person walk you through everything related to the car and contract and also provide honest estimates of how long the process takes. Most importantly, John was very patient and extremely helpful when we encountered a couple of very minor issues. Kudos also to the whole team I dealt with, from Melisa who greeted me in such a friendly manner to Corey Davidson (Sales Manager) and Dakota Carson in sales. Lastly, its’ definitely worth noting that they have a very collaborative and friendly culture, and there’s obviously a priority there to building a sense of community. I know how corny and cliché it sounds to describe a business culture as “family-like,” but it is nice to engage with people at a business who genuinely seem to like each other and enjoy providing exceptional service to customers. 30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

2020 Hyundai ELANTRA review
I recently bought a 2020 Elantra with very low miles (39k). It looks great, like new, and drives like a large sedan should. And the gas mileage is great! Driving around town yesterday it got 37 mpg in normal traffic, when the spec is 30. And on the freeway I was getting well over 57 mpg on a very slight, non-visible decline at 77 mph. It "feels" comfortable. My only knock so far is the information on the center console could be brighter and I haven't figured out how to make it yet. The owner's manual was not included in the sale.

2023 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Nice riding vehicle EXCEPT it has a hesitation issue when you step on the gas from a standstill. Happens most when the "stop/start" is active, less when you turn it off but it still hesitates. Dealer has no answer other than it is normal and we can't find anything. Others have voiced same concern, recall?
