2026 Nissan Rogue review
I’ve only had my Rogue Platinum for three weeks so not much history, however, I am very pleased with my purchase so far. The comfort level is terrible, the ride is smooth. 2014 Acura RDX review
As a proud owner of a 2014 Acura RDX, I can confidently say that I have not experienced any malfunctions with my SUV. It has been a reliable and dependable vehicle that has served me well over the years. The comfort level of the interior is something that I particularly enjoy. The seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth. Even on long drives, I never feel fatigued or uncomfortable. Despite its age, the 2014 Acura RDX is still a competent performer on the highway. I have driven it over 100,000 miles, and it still performs admirably, achieving 30-31 mpg on the highway. The fact that I haven't experienced any malfunctions only adds to my confidence in its reliability. In terms of aesthetics, the exterior and interior of the RDX are okay compared to other SUVs in its class. But, it's not the primary reason I bought this vehicle. My focus was on a reliable and comfortable vehicle, and the RDX has certainly delivered in those areas. Overall, if you're looking for a dependable, comfortable, and practical SUV, I can wholeheartedly recommend the 2014 Acura RDX.

2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've owned this for 6+ years. Only 18,300 miles. So, not what I expected when I bought it. I anticipated driving to many hot air balloon events across the country. But, then COVID and work from home. Now retired. No need to drive a lot. I've ensured that all maintenance is done as needed (maybe more often than needed). Other than a minor parking lot ding (not even a note apologizing), it's pristine. Side note: my dealership really wants this as a trade-in. But, I'm not seeing the advantage.

2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 and simply love my truck. It now has 110,000 miles and the only repairs I needed were a water pump under warranty at 99,000 miles and brake system that needed to be upgraded. It's comfortable and drives like a car. This is my 6th Silverado truck. You can't go wrong.

2023 Kia Forte review
Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

2018 Nissan Rogue review
Just purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue from Landmark Automotive, in West Chester Pa. The car is beautiful, runs so smoth and quiet. Its quite peppy barely touch the gas a it really moves. Sound system is amazing, and I love the push start. No problems so far and I really love that its got a two year warrenty. Chris at Landmark was awesome and even came out after a snow storm to help me out. Highly recommend

2016 Honda Accord review
I did some serious research and decided a Honda Accord Coupe built from 2015 to 2020 with the big V6 was a great car to buy used if I could find one with low enough mileage. I found one in Florida using Carvana that only had 29,600 miles on it. It helped that the car also has about all the neat accessories Honda put on 2016 high end Accords. The car is pretty and quick and comfortable. Three important boxes get checked out front. I love the car.

2015 Honda Civic review
It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

2013 RAM 1500 review
to: Campmeat from Arizona Someone told me my lifters were going bad because when I first started my truck I heard ticking noise until the engine got warm. I took my truck to a honest very hard to find mechanic and he told me I had a hole in my exhaust manifold. I paid $800 and 195,000 miles later still no ticking.

2016 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Best car I’ve ever owned. I bought it used with 10k miles for $17.5k in 2018. I’ve drove for Lyft for 2 years and recently drove it from California to South Carolina. It’s has never broke down, had to replace the tires a few times but nothing but basic maintenance. I’m at 112k miles and going strong. One small accident the other 2 cars were totaled mine had minor damage on the front driver side. I love my VW.

2025 Kia Sportage Hybrid review
The features of sxp trim model is an exceptional value for the price. The interior space for a 6’3” person like myself is very comfortable, both leg and head space. Drive is very smooth for a compact SUV. Front windshield design provides great visibility. Seats are comfortable and provide excellent support. Good acceleration for its class. It’s not designed to be a sports car. The vehicle style and the Vesta Blue color is eye catching. I’ve only owned the vehicle for a week, money well spent if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Just pick the right dealership from which to buy. Do your due diligence and enjoy the ride.

2017 Volkswagen Tiguan review
My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.

I highly reccomend Platt Auto! The switch from a gas vehicle to an electric vehicle has a learning curve but the folks at Platt Auto are very service and education oriented. I was indecisive as to which level of car I wanted and tested their 7-Day no-questions-asked return guarantee more than once(!!!) and they didn't mind at all! They gave me an excellent trade-in value for my gas car. And when I had an issue with a tire and called them to ask about it and they simply replaced them for me as part of their service guarantee! I felt no pressure from them and they were so helpful. Buying a used car in the past, I've had negative experiences, I got none of that here. They have a wide selection of electric cars and accessories at great prices, many of their vehicles still have factory warranties left on them. They have a comfortable waiting room with toys and kids movies too. Please go see them if you're even considering the switch to an electric vehicle.

2021 Mazda CX-5 review
The only issue I have had was the code P0126 having to do with the thermostat. This is common for this car. I was 170 miles from home when it happened. I talked to a Mazda dealer and they said I could drive it home, which I did and made an appointment with the dealer to have it fixed. It has not happened again. I am very happy with this car!

I leased my 2028 Forester from Subaru Portland about 2.5 years ago, which in and of itself was an easy and joyful experience, but I write today about the incredible service I have received from Subaru Portland since the signing of my lease. From routine oil changes and maintenance to body repair from an accident I was in two summers ago, the team at Subaru has made every possible experience simple and supportive. I am a single Mamma working 6 out of 7 days a week and a car is vital for transportation to and from work as well as the safe transportation of my toddler to a from a myriad of places. Subaru has always, every single time without fail, made sure that I was taken care of. From making sure that my vehicle is in tip top shape to providing transportation so that I do not skip a beat in regards to my professional and personal experience. My most recent experience with Subaru, however, was simply ABOVE AND BEYOND all expectations. My dog canopy belt had gotten stuck in my rear gate lock and jammed it up. I made an appt for early Monday, 3/29, to have it taken care of. My parents were in town from TN, and we like many others, hadn’t been together in over a year and a half. I really needed my car, and was pretty disappointed when I showed up Monday to find they were so backed up at Subaru that they weren’t even seeing cars until WEDNESDAY! Enter hero: Deseo Perez. At first he made a phone call to make sure they could get to it today. He put up with my (kind ish) dissatisfaction when he told me how much the techs cost per hour (I was in shock and disheartened that an improper close of my trunk was going to cost $$$), and honored my request for Subaru to take care of a Lyft even though it was company policy to only do that when a car is undergoing major work and repair. I begrudgingly agreed to the terms, but told Deseo I needed to get my kiddos car seat out of the car before they took it for the day. He told me to wait in the waiting room and he’d bring it around. 10 minutes later and Deseo is there pointing me to my parked car and informing me that he had FIXED IT HIMSELF, and that there would be no charge. He didn’t want me to have to pay or wait for such an easy, quick fix. He listened to me, heard my situation, and decided to be a beacon of kindness and light at a time where we are all so in need of just that. Thank you, Deseo!! You are an incredible, kind human being, and a bright force in this world. Your compassion is a beautiful thing, and so deeply appreciated. Subaru should know just how lucky they are to have an employee like you. Deseo made my day, maybe my month. I squealed with excitement and overwhelming gratitude as I pulled out of Subaru service about 30 mins after bringing it in without paying cent. If you are considering purchasing a Subaru, DO IT!!! You not only get an incredible car (literally the BEST there is), but you also get caring, compassionate, and superior service. The Subaru team is a team of experts. Let them help you too!! This is the eleventh Subaru I have owned, the third outback; the Outback wilderness is by far the best performer of all of the others I have had. I have been happy with subarus from the first one I bought a 1978 Brat; sure wish i still had it.

2019 Volvo XC90 review
This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

2007 Toyota Camry review
My grandma drove this car off the lot, brand new. Has been a great car. After a few years it was passed on to my mom, then my dad, and now me. I’ve driven this car for 3 years now but unfortunately there is too much maintenance to be done for the money. Around 160k miles for us it has had minimal issues so I’d say it’s a great car. It started when we got back from a trip and one of the cylinders were misfiring (which was a spark plug and an easy fix). Around 170k miles we were driving it and it ended up overheating. We got it towed and it ended up being the water pump going out (as well as the serpentine belt needing to be replaced). After that we drove it for a few weeks but it started running rough, then we went to go home from work one night and it was idling super rough so we drove it home and decided not to use it until we could get it towed to a mechanic. It was blowing out lots of white smoke. Turns out the head gasket has blown (which we think was from the overheating done originally). Car has officially made it to 173k miles. We were hoping more but it’s not horrible considering. Something to look out for is this also burns a lot of oil. Be sure to check it often, every two weeks depending on how much you drive. Wish the engine had a recall or something for that issue. Overall great car but from my reading, don’t get a 2007-2013 if used since these are the years for oil consumption issues.

2008 Lexus ES 350 review
I bought my 08 ES a little over a month ago with 144k on it. So far I am genuinely LOVING this car. I don’t think I’ll ever not drive a Lexus from here on out. I’ve already put almost 2k on it because I just have so much fun driving it! The 272 HP is kinda crazy, it’s very quick! Never drove a car with that much horsepower before so I was shocked LOL. Very comfy to be in and really hard to believe it’s an 08. I have the backup camera so it really makes me feel like I’m in a newer car. Can’t say enough good things. I will be driving this “til the wheels fall off”! Go buy one if you need a “new” reliable ride. You won’t regret it :D

2005 Mazda RX-8 review
The Mazda RX8 is an amazing car it sounds great and looks good too. It's comfortable for a sports car and it is so much fun to drive. The reliability is below average but not terrible. It isn't very expensive to fix the car either. Best value sports car. Could use a little more power but for under 10,000 it's still a bang for your buck. Solid car. I currently have 87,000 miles.
