Great dealership. All of their sales people are professional and patient with all the customers. They will work with you on your budget and do not sell you on add-ons you don't need. Chris the manager is one of the best in town. Highly recommend.

This car is such fun to drive, easy, light steering, quick turns, low gas mileage, trendy, sporty, easy to get in and out. Such fun car to drive and very affordable
The car buying experience with Kevin, the Internet Sales Manager, was awesome: customer service oriented, no haggle, priced to sell, and quick response. I highly recommend and plan to return on future purchases.

Fiat did a fantastic thing by teaming up with Mazda for their 124 Spider, combining Italian looks and Japanese build quality and reliability. I believe the 124 Spider is actually better than the Alpha 4C, at half the cost, probably one of the reasons Fiat refuses to put an Alpha badge on this car.
It’s a small two seater suitable for two not overweight or over tall adults to have oodles of cheap fun! Reliable, flawlessly designed and just a joy to own but don’t even think about driving it in the snow!
What would I share about my experience with Green Light Auto Wholesale? Al and Steve are really easy to work with and will definitely get you the car you are looking for.
I searched everywhere for several months looking for a particular hybrid vehicle. When the vehicle alert reached me I was not convinced that I would be able to get the vehicle in time from Sacramento. It was in such great shape and a Tesla trade in. Exactly what I had been searching for.
Al was quick to respond and worked with me to make sure that I was able to secure the vehicle and then followed up with me through my credit union to complete the purchase.
Honest, sincere and a seller of great EV and hybrid vehicles, thanks Green Light Auto Wholesale!
Great work car commuter, nothing more than that.

It’s great for commuting to work and back but can’t go too far due to the range being limited. The seats are somewhat comfortable, not too bad. There is virtually no leg room in the backseats. It definitely is for small kids only and no adults. Over all it’s great for a one to two person commute around town and work. Nothing more than that.
I literally traveled across the nation to find the Fiat 500x of my dreams - and I don't regret doing it. I knew I'd love the car, but after four days of cross country driving, I'm sure of it. The comfort is not to be understated, nor the quality of the ride. Add to that, the unique styling and beautiful interior (Brown leather on mine), and every trip is a pleasure.
Good and Bad.
We just bought a used 2014 500e with 28k miles. Dealers are currently offering nice pricing as many 2014's are coming off-lease and being turned in. We paid $7500 + tax. which seems very cheap for car that cost $30K a few years ago. The limited market and relatively high production volume keep the current resale value low. The car is blast to drive at lower speeds... It's very quick and can zip in and out of traffic lightning fast. It feels light, nimble and could probably beat many expensive sports cars up to about 60mph. If you install a 240v fast-charger in your garage and only commute in the city or shorter distances -- the car is fantastic.
BUT If you have to travel over 25 miles on the freeway to work, I'm sorry to say the car is a joke. I simply would not recommend this car for commuting! The problem is that once you exceed 50mph, the battery charge diminishes shockingly fast, to the point where you may be scared you won't make it. It almost seems as though the car needs some kind of overdrive system because it uses tons of energy at 65mph, even with little throttle. In the city, it has regenerative braking to help recharge, but on the highway the motor eats battery power like crazy. The fully-charged "96-mile range" can only last about 40 miles at constant 65mph. If you commute on the freeway, you'd better have a fast-charger at work or you may not make it home.
Awesome coz service was fast and the agent was very nice and accomodating.

I have had my 500 for about 10 months and just love the car. Mine is a 5 speed standard and the fuel economy is great. Love the cool styling of the car and it rides and handles very well for a small short wheel base car. More than I expected from such a small car. Simply put "I love it".
I only gave this dralership and average 3/5 mainly because of the wait. I had an appointment for 11am. I came at 1020 am and wasnt seen until about 11. So I waited almost an hour. I was also promised my car would be done before 1. I found that amusing and guess what. It was finished around 3. I also expected a complimentary carwash but I guess this honda does not do that. Somewhat disappointing but what can you do.

I love to drive my fiat through the back roads where I live the view includes lots of cows, horses, even donkeys sometimes!! The reason I love it the most is because the frame of this car is so safe even as a convertible and my hair doesn’t get ruined like you do in most convertibles!!
Went to buy a car , even I was paying cash to took them half a day for paper works.
I kept telling them needed to go back to work .
Sales team is good down to earth .

It was a good dependable car I love the car I love the color it was a nice car it had nice interior on the inside not to many miles on it I will be back in the future and the dealer was really friendly and helpful
I shopped various Bay Area Honda dealerships for an HR-V, and Auzy at Oakland Honda was by far the most straightforward and responsive sales rep I came across. He was not a high pressure salesman, but worked to get us the best price possible on an HR-V. In fact, his price was so good that a competing dealer advised me to jump on it. Also, as I was driving home from the dealership, I noticed what I thought was a scratch on the windshield. I emailed Auzy and Francis (Oakland Honda's technology specialist) about it, and they were happy to address the issue, which turned out to be a strand of sticky adhesive that was easily removed. All and all, we had a great experience.

It’s the most amazing car I’ve owned since my 1983 golf rabbit. I love it so much, performance, speed and handling is amazing.
I couldn’t recommend this car enough, I love it every time I drive it.
Although I havent bought the car from them but i liked the overall process and prompt reaponses from shift sf. They brought the veichle to my door but i could not able to meet due to an emergency. This was handled very politly by the driver and appreciate it. Thanks

Recall after recall. No good. I totally unhappy with this car. I would not recommend to any of My friends or family members. Buy Chevy or Ford.
Shift helped me find a buyer for my 2014 BMW M5. They had my vehicle inspected, took care of the detailing, photos and delivery to the new buyer. After selling the BMW, Kevin and his team were able to find me a 2012 Bentley GT convertible with 5k miles and help me purchase below market value.
Kevin and his team communicated thought the whole process and was very helpful in selling and buying my new car.
I would strongly recommend Team Shift for anyone who is in the market for buying or selling.
First factory service is at 50k miles.

This is the perfect commuter car. I charge it up at night and drive all day. And if you drive the car in eco mode, the range can be extended as much as 25 miles. Also, it’s way too cute. Look at most electric cars, except for the Tesla, they are butt ugly. The BMW electric falls face first into that aforementioned category. And, no one can say the Nissan Leaf is a good looker. The Fiat 500e is just too cute, pulled straight from the ‘50’s. I can’t say enough about my love of my 500e.
Tried to find a used HR-V but unfortunately Shift is only in the Bay Area. Just too far to go to buy a car. Too many obstacles to work with. They were very helpful in trying to make it work.
Love this car so much

I love this car so much! It’s such a unique look and the inside is so cool. The dash always matched the color of your car which I think is awesome! If you like unique cars this is definitely a great option! It drives really smooth and I drive about an hour to work and back. The gas is great to! One thing I will complain about is I got a 2016 used Fiat 500X Pop and the radio was so outdated. It didn’t come with Bluetooth or back up camera. I’m not about having all the extra amenities but I think Bluetooth is important so you can answer phone calls without holding the phone to your ear, which is now illegal. But other then that, it’s amazing.
She is not only a great individual but she is someone who cares about what’s right for you. So thank you for making me feel comfortable and excited about my new car!
PURE FUN (500 Abarth)

The US version of the Abarth is completely different than the EU version. With ~$1500 and a couple of hours in the garage you can transform this "cute little girls car" in an absolute (~280hp) beast. It performs like crazy and sounds better than most sports cars while doing so. Don't buy this car if you don't like attention! The reliability is italien ... get the Abarth and get it as stick!!
