When I called the dealership, they immediately stepped up. They had me tow the vehicle to a local dealer where it was repaired under the warranty provided by Interstate Ford, and they even covered a portion of the bill. Additionally, after identifying a few other safety-related concerns with the vehicle, Adam Gilbert, the sales manager, and the entire Interstate Ford team have been proactive. They have personally ensured me that they are doing everything in their power to correct these issues to provide a safe, reliable vehicle for my family. My first visit to your sales was not all that pleasant. My non-sales lady was it was very good. I saw about a week later at the vehicle still for sale and I called her again. She called me back with the offer that was better than I expected and I purchased a vehicle. Trouble is the sunroof late because found out the motor was burned out. But they had already agreed to report to fix the roof. Right now I?m waiting to get my vehicle back but they gave me a loaner in the meantime. I am trying to do to deal with his dealership a couple times in the past 30 years it was not pleasant. This time everything on the second visit was extremely nice including your finance man. I hope to continue doing business with them for a long time.

He was very helpful, located the car I was interested, and pulled it up promptly. They let me take it on an extended drive so i could let the family get a good look at the car. The car was clean, had a full tank and ran exceptionally. After agreeing on a price, i proceeded to process the purchase. Billy offered to drive my new car and follow me home. The purchase went great and i didn?t need a second driver because Billy was so helpful.

Everyone is always friendly and willing to help with any questions I have about my vehicle. I haven’t had any problems with my truck, but we keep the oil changed and the tires rotated on a regular basis. I just had a bed cover that I purchased from Ford put on and it looks great!

Great features. Seat warmers are marvelous! Drives well. Using it mostly for commuting currently but can’t wait to take it for a bit roughing driving. Love the rugged but luxurious feel do the car.

I can honestly say I have only had three (3) exceptional dealerships that I had the pleasure of working with; Heller Ford is one of them. Look for further than Heller Ford for your vehicle needs. Although I did not buy a Ford, they sold me a Lucid Air that was on their used car lot. I really loath those dealers that run you around circles, throwing in extra fees, and just wasting my time.
