I recently brought my 2015 Ford Edge to LaFontaine Ford for a rear latch concern, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. As soon as I pulled into the service lane, I was greeted by a service adviser who listened carefully to my concerns and thoroughly documented the issue. Shortly after, I received a phone call explaining the cause of the problem, what repairs were needed, and a clear estimate of the cost. The advisor was straightforward, professional, and kept me well informed throughout the process. Once I approved the repair, the necessary parts were ordered, and the work was completed within 2 days. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround time. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and eager to help. I have brought my vehicle to this dealership many times over the years, I have always been satisfied with the service I received. I recently bought a used 2025 Ford Expedition Max remotely from Lasco Ford in Michigan while living in New York, and the entire experience was excellent. Scott Cooley made the whole process incredibly easy from start to finish. He was very responsive, answered all of my questions quickly, and made me feel comfortable buying a vehicle from out of state. Scott really went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled correctly, especially with delivery and registration since I was in a different state. That could have easily been a stressful process, but he made it smooth and straightforward. On top of that, Lasco Ford had the best price I could find on the vehicle. The financing process was also simple and hassle-free, with no pressure or attempts to sell me a bunch of extra add-ons I did not want. Overall, this was one of the easiest car-buying experiences I have had, and I would definitely recommend Scott Cooley and Lasco Ford to anyone, especially if you are considering buying from out of state.

We were hundreds of.mikes from home and had tire issues. Matt White and all staff we dealt with were amazing. Our vehicle needed an odd size tire and Matt located tires at a local busi ess and was able to have them delivered promptly. We were so impressed we decided to buy four tires due to a buy three and get one free offer and a rebate. We asked for an alignment and the mechanic determined it was not needed. We could have been taken advantage of and were not.
