I never got there. While visiting a friend in Grand Rapids I found the model I wanted at Fox KIA North and bought it. KIA of Lansing would have been my next stop had I not made the purchase in GR.

Love the Energi version; had a regular one before which was handed down to our daughter. Very comfortable, lots of usable and versatile space inside for a smallish car. Great economy (we get close to 49 MPG as a daily driver).

We bought a used Toyota RAV car at Johnson’s Hyundai . It was the only one there. We worked with Michael Nguyen who was kind helpful not pushy but persuasive, negotiated fairly was respectful and effective. When we picked up the car it was immaculate. Overall a great car buying experience for someone who is pitifully uninformed about car parts and their workings. It was an experience I dreaded beforehand but sailed through unscathed!

I have no regrets. There were a few electrical problems in the first few months. They were corrected and after 3 years my average MPG is 80. I have a small daily radius of travel.

From start to finish, Chandler was topnotch! He answered all of my questions, listened to what my expectations were and he delivered! The ability to do 25 miles pure electric should be enough to get people around town all day. I have only used 11 gallons of gas so far, and that's with driving back from San Fran.

Great fuel economy but best part is the tech features! When its hot, we turn it on with the app to cool it down. Swipe your foot for the lift gate to open when your hands are full. Drop the seats and it has a lot more room than you Think!

We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

I am pleased to share my recent experience of purchasing a car from Parkway Auto Center, where I received exceptional service from Marcus Anzivino. He demonstrated remarkable patience and provided invaluable assistance throughout the process. After conducting a credit check, which did not yield the best results, Marcus advised me to contact my bank, make a payment on my credit card, and request a pre-auto loan. I followed his advice on Friday morning, but unfortunately, my bank declined my application. I promptly informed Marcus of the denial, despite having made a payment on my credit card in an effort to improve my chances of approval. I then inquired about the possibility of having my brother cosign the loan, to which Marcus agreed. I have to dismiss all the bad jokes about used car salesmen. I met an extraordinary salesman, Joe Murphy, at Paris Motors, Inc., who proved the jokes wrong. I was in the market for a van and hoped on getting something affordable and soon for a trip out of town. Another dealer had one lined up, but it was sold before I could get to the shop - stuff happens. So back to Carfax and found one with less miles in Grand Rapids. I contacted Paris Motors and spoke with Mr. Murphy. The van was available. I went through credit approval, got it, then on to my AAA agent for insurance, got it, then made the one-hour drive to Grand Rapids and met with Joe. We talked, saw the van, gave a test drive, and my wife and I signed the paperwork. All this within 24 hours! Mr. Murphy was efficient, personable, and knowledgeable throughout the process. I have never before purchased a vehicle with such ease in my life (and I'm not young). WOW - I can highly recommend Paris Motors, Inc. as a dealer of care and quality, and kudos to Joe Murphy.
