Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.
I inquired about a car they had listed through cars.com from their lot. I received a call back quickly from the sales rep who was friendly and personable. I'm not sure if I'll end up buying from them, but I am several states away and they seemed well prepared for out of state transactions.

Do not like your pre-checked Service Report, on my last service my windshield washer fluid was bone dry- what else was left undone??? Service items should be completed then checked off so Sevice Technicians cannot forget to perform checks.

They never pressured me into buying anything and when I did purchase my car they were very straightforward and honest about what they were thinking. I needed a car that would get me from A to B to keep in the city of SF and they had exactly that. They were friendly, real, no pressure, prompt, easy going, etc.
It may have been the type of car I was looking for (a very cheap one that was not their normal car), but the whole process went really smoothly.
I really appreciate Cars.com introducing me to them, and then for their customer service to get me set up with exactly what I needed.
My car was not running smoothly, so I took it in to the Ford Store in San Leandro. The service person told me that they would have to keep the car 5 days. I told him that I could not do without a car for 5 days, so he arranged for a rental car for me. My car was repaired in 5 days, so I turned in the rental car and was credited for the deposit and Ford paid for the rental. My car was under warranty, so I did not have to pay for the repairs.
