This car was terrific from the intuitive layout to paddle switches that make sense to an average of 60 mpg over 10,000 miles it is quiet and has great road manners. Consumer reports was all wrong, on electric alone it will go 80 MPH not 50 I am so impressed it beats my wife's Prius all to heck and at $10,000 less dollars!!

I have probably purchased more than 15 vehicles in my lifetime. I have never worked with a car dealership more professional, thorough, and timely than Colonial Ford. Stephen Z. is unlike so many other car salesmen out there who bully you with sales pitches and follow up phone calls. Stephen is a genuinely kind and unassuming gentleman, who listened well and stuck with us to guide us to find the right Ford F150. There was no sales pitch, and we didn't feel pressured or rushed at any time. Stephen was patient and kind to our rambunctious and loud 3-year old, Owen, as we worked through the purchasing process. He made us feel relaxed and comfortable the entire time. My family had plans to go on vacation a few days after we purchased the truck. Stephen took care of everything to make sure that our "green gem" was Simonized, shiny, spotless, and ready to roll the day after we got back. He made sure a new bed liner (compliments of Colonial Ford) and the new tri-fold tonneau cover that we ordered were installed. Stephen even worked in cahoots with me while I was away, and he helped me to surprise my husband with an early anniversary present by adding a bed extender. He texted me with the information I needed from his personal phone after hours and sent me pictures of the truck to assure me that my surprise would go off without a hitch. We had a great experience at Colonial Ford. We walked in thinking about purchasing a new truck and walked out a few hours later having done so. Stephen Z. is excellent, so ask for him if your headed to Colonial Ford. Tell him Matt and Candice sent you!

This car was my way of exploring if going all electric was a viable option for me. Having three types of 'gas' eliminated any range anxiety I had, but still gave me an indication of whether or not an all electric would work for my family. The end result, the next car for me is the all electric. The timing didn't work for me to stick with Ford, so I'm moving onto a Nissan Leaf, and will keep an eye out for the future Ford all electric models on the horizon. But I'm an all electric convert for life, and my Ford CMax Energi made that so.

Highly recommend Newins Ford! Unlike so many dealers around, there are no additional fees or hidden costs (such as a dealer fee and/or $1,995 down). They will bargain where they can but you go in knowing EXACTLY what the cost of the car is! This makes dealing with them vs. almost every other car dealer, SO much easier! I had just lost my first car after only 7 months of ownership and was in a huge bind. I needed a car to be able to get to my job every day relaiably. I found a deal at CF that I couldnt pass up. 2011 Focus SE with only 35k miles on it for under $10,000. My father and I worked with Mike on the deal and it was great. Mike & Jason(if i'm correct) made it so simple and easy. Given that you already understand how you're going to pay for the car, the entire process can be over in a matter of hours. Plus, I live in NY and i didnt have to go through any hoops. The CF team sent me my registration documents in the mail after 3 business days. I couldn't be happier with how things have worked out. After driving about 500 miles in the new car already, its running just as great. Feels almost brand new. I definitely recommend Colonial Ford & Mike Meyer has been working with my family for decades.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

He???s truly a gentleman who gives honest service and advice. I refer anyone I know who???s looking to buy a new car to Louis. He???s a great person to do business with. When it comes to the Service Dept, always had great timely service. The very few times I had any major work to be done, they either set me up with a rental car if the repair was going to take more than a day or dropped me off at work and picked me up to bring me back to the dealership when my truck was ready if it was a service that was going to take longer but would be done within the same day. Nice car, EV Range is too short

This is a very nice car. I love that I can plug it in and charge it over night. I would like to see better EV range. Also the battery consumes a large portion of the rear storage area, reducing the car's practicality. This vehicle needs a dedicated platform to allow the batteries to go under the floor. The new Sync 3 system is great. Very responsive, unlike prior Ford systems. The only dislike is the Navigation commands. It is is not intuitive, nor can you use natural language like Google Maps can.

Had to travel over 4 hours from NH to look at a Land Cruiser they had. I arrived late (my fault), but the sales team was very responsive and focused on my needs even though they were very busy that day. Tom Forte did a great job even though he wasn't that familiar with the vehicle (not expected). He allowed me all the time I wanted to look at it, then they listened when I was negotiating for the best price on my trade. I was impressed how they worked really hard to get all the paperwork done at the end of the day on a Friday, so I could leave with the vehicle and get home, even getting it fully registered for me from another state. They even called my insurance company and made all the arrangements while I was dashing off to the bank to get a check. I wish all car dealers were this nice to work with!

Love the Energi version; had a regular one before which was handed down to our daughter. Very comfortable, lots of usable and versatile space inside for a smallish car. Great economy (we get close to 49 MPG as a daily driver).

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

just got my ford c-max yesterday & love it so far. the car is unusual & unique. it has a very different look and feel than anything else I have ever driven, which makes it more fun. very comfortable seats and smooth ride. very fast pick-up speed for a 4 cylinder car. the car looks small on the outside, but very roomy on the inside. I chose the c-max over the prius after some research & glad I picked the Ford c-max.

This car is ideal for me - a plug in hybrid that is in my price range. I seldom drive more than 15 miles in a day, which means that I almost never use the gasoline engine. The car is fun to drive, easy for me to get in and out of and comfortable. It is generally easy to clear it from snow (I live in Maine, no garage), although the recess for the windshield wipers could be better designed - ice gets stuck in the recess and is very hard to remove. There is limited cargo room because of the battery, but at this point in my life I don't need a lot.
