Had the C-Max Hybrid for about a month, and overall it's been a joy to drive. A real all-purpose vehicle that routinely achieves 35-40 mpg in the city, the primary reason we sought it out was it's amazing visibility. Our 6'-5" teenager has not problem getting comfortable behind the wheel, and I've never driven a vehicle that has such great viewing angles - you almost feel too exposed while driving! The regenerative brakes are typically more sensitive than regular brakes, but overall I have only praise for this very versatile little car!

The people were very friendly. But I guess I did not read the information correctly or completely on the internet, because all of their inventory has rebuilt titles. They have all been involved in major wrecks. I was not interested in that. But they were very friendly. All of the vehicles had prices and the doors unlocked so you could see the interiors. Just not what I was looking for.

The C-Max Hybrid rides firmly but also feels smooth on most road surfaces. It has responsive steering, a composed ride, and strong brakes. With all this zip and responsiveness, you still get an EPA estimated 44 mpg in the city, and 41mpg on the highway! These estimates are only topped, and slightly, by the Toyota Prius v’s.

I was searching everywhere and getting headaches trying to find a trustworthy dealership until I found this one. I ended up buying two vehicles, and both have been running perfectly for over two months with zero issues. 12V battery must be replaced every 3 years to avoid any problems, best to replace before any problems come up. Had a dead battery several times before coming up with this idea, no problems since.

Joe Stach went out of his way to make the experience stress-free, including helping with trade-in details and following up after. He answered all of our questions and made sure we felt confident during this process.

The only problem we have had in 4 years is the oxygen sensors. Ford apparently has not made a good oxygen sensor. We have replaced both and still had problems. Ford wanted to hold a committee meeting to decide whether it was another sensor which had been replaced a month earlier, might be a catalytic converter. I bought one and had it installed by an auto repair shop. Everything a the dealer ship was $350 and up. Still have the same check engine code coming up but now I disregard it so the mpg is up and down.

My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! I definitely recommend Marlo if you ever go to this car max. It goes by pretty quick in my opinion, don’t let this other reviews discourage you.

These guys have been in business forever, and they are one of the few garages in the area that is certified to do state emissions testing. It looks like a bunch of the other dealers in the area bring their cars there for service too. So why not just cut out the middleman? All their cars look great, and I would totally buy from them!
