We love our CMax! This is the second one we have owned. We bought this one at Precision Fleet Services to pull with our Motorhome.
We wanted a small car but my husband is 6’ 4” We can’t believe how much headroom he has in the CMax!
I always say this car is bigger on the inside than the outside!!
The interior space is great even in the back seat! Plus we love the energy efficiency! We are getting about 40 MPG
This is a great car and I highly recommend it to anyone!!

42 mpg, 13 gallons to fill up, as much leg room, headroom, shoulder room, as you could imagine us such a compact package. Very smooth ride that beats Cadillacs we have had. Zero repairs in 3 years ownership. Ford is discontinuing so grab one quick. Ford is killing this hybrid at the same time introducing models with less ride quality and interior room. Thank goodness they made the CMAX because not they have set a standard to try to meet in the future. Cost less than Prius and is far easier to get in and out of. Great car!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
We put 50,000 miles on it.

Great car. Sorry Ford decided to discontinue it. Their mistake, we would have purchased a new one. Only down side of this car was the turning radius, we would need to back up to re-align the car to pull into a parking spot. Other than that it was fun to drive and watch how well you brake and charge the battery. We got about 41 mpg.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

This car is compact, yet very roomy inside. Very good fit and finish. It has a lot of power compared to the 2010 Prius I use to own. The car handles very well and big improvement in the viewing area, with wide viewing angles in the front. No obstructing pillars as in the Prius that often blocked my vision to pedestrians.
The side mirrors have a smaller viewing mirror that enables you to see your blind spots. Simple and effective. The gas millage is good, averaging 42.5. Not as good as the Prius, which got 50 MPGs in the summer, but would drop down to 40 MPGs in the winter.
The interior quality of materials is very good, and the seats have lumbar support. Very happy with the car so far.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I bought a 2016 C-Max SEL model new less than six months ago, and it was one of the best purchases I've ever made. I've only put about 5k miles on it, but I average between 39-41 miles per gallon depending on the day and it's been smooth, quiet, head and leg room is great, generous cargo space for the size of the car, it has met all of my needs so far. Very happy with this purchase.
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. This is a terrific automobile. My first hybrid, and I absolutely love it! I also love all of the features, such as the automatic rear door lift, the amazingly-fast hyper-defrost, keyless ignition, etc.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

We bought this 2 years ago in November. We traded in our Escape and started looking at something bigger. The salesman brought this around, just asked me to sit in it to see if I liked it. First time I'd ever driven a hybrid. Since then we've made several long trips in it and average around 42 mpg. Other than repairing a HVAC blend door and radio touch screen, no issues at all. Very well built
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.
Is a great car for a traveling Nurse.

I love ’’ my red C-Max. Tan leather interior, style, is sexy and, when is being driven I get thumbs up ’. I got a Gord in memory of my late husband. He loved ford. We had edge, F150, explore. And a fiesta.
We had a great time. Sevice was great by all the staff. Stop by just to see the lot. And we ended up with a great car at a good price. Thank you very much.

I have had several vehicles including a Suburban and this Ford Edge is my favorite. I owned a Ford Fusion and loved that but wanted something with Awd and off the ground. My fusion has over 300,000 and still running that’s why I recommend Ford products.

and this is on my short list. The only draw back is it doesn't have AWD, but that is not a deal breaker w/me, my wife wants AWD. I'll be buying for me, to pass on to her when my driving days have passed. So her approval is important. About handling, it is wonderful and fast, rides like a much larger car. It is easy to enter, both front and back,and has plenty of trunk space, if you stay away from the "Energi" model.
A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?

This car exceeded my needs ! The only negative about the Car is the cargo space, other than that the C max I have is a 2015 it's been perfect. Ford is making a Mistake I average btw 40 - 45 mpg, 115 mpg E.
The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

This car has every thing what I want. The high (not to high not to low) very comfy inside the car , visuallity is perfect. The gas also is good. I will buy next year this car. because ride now Canada do not have a new model for the 2019. I like so much this car. I is perfect for me and my needs.
I do not even know where to start with this. I will first off say that I never ever write reviews...... I took about a week to write a review at first I wanted to write a bad review because I felt that I was getting nowhere but then I thought let me try to reach management and address my concerns if it is not addressed then I will the bad review. With that being said I would like to thank the service manager Jason and the general manager Jad. They both listen and resolved my concerns. Every dealership has issues if you think that every dealership is perfect you are going to be let down big time. What does matters is how the dealership addresses and resolves any issues you may have at that time. This dealership was great with following through on their promise to resolve my issues. One thing I can take away from this experience is before you leave a review allow the dealership/company to hear your concerns and address them before you leave a bad review just to stick it to the company. PS gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the money on gas and tolls I spent getting it resolved :-)

This car meets all of our needs. It is fantastic on gas we get over 4mpg and are very happy with it! Even though we have two cars and a truck, this is the car we use most often..My wife is short and love
The fact that the seat moves high enough for her to see to drive.
I leased Chevy Traverse in 2017 from this dealership when it was Manassas Chevrolet and had a bad experience. This time wanted to buy a Cruze. Every step went without any issue. Sales Associate Carlos was very professional and nice. Austin in finance answered all my concerns and was very professional. It was overall very good experience.

I can't wait to see American hybrids of the future.
This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.
