Arthur Morgan was an excellent salesman. He made things quick and easy. It was, by far, the best dealership experience we have ever had. We made one phone call to him, drove to the dealership and he already had car detailed before we even bought it! Knowledgeable and experienced staff.

We bought our ecosport 2018 in 2020 with 19000 kms going on 6 years now. We love it, have gone onlong trips 5 times. Great on gas . Now 2026 recall first time for any repairs.

Overall experience was quite good. I had in mind when I went to the dealership what I might want which was an E-class EV or plug-in hybrid, especially after seeing a review of the car on PBS's Motor Week show. In late December I dropped by the dealership, And I was greeted promptly by Marc Castillo who was quite helpful finding a PHEV on the lot when it initially appeared there might not be one available to drive. While I was disappointed that there was just one plug-in hybrid on the lot and not my preferred color or options. I liked the car except for that, and Marc followed up promptly. On a follow-up visit in late January, Helen Bozkurt took over the sales process quite seamlessly. After that visit, she followed up quickly and was very accommodative to scheduling the next visit to work on making a potential deal. She was able to help me make the deal/price I wanted. The rest of the sales process went well, including the sales finalization and financing paperwork done very efficiently by Stuart. Helen provided excellent post-sale follow-up. I still need some help on the inefficient headlight dimmers and setting the charging times at home, as it does not seem to work per the instructions in the car operating manual as described on page 340.

28C - 32 MPG. Excellent maneuverability, easy to maintain, lots of room for cargo if needed. Seats 4 very comfortably, 5 comfortably. Heated seats, steering wheel, good heater and air conditioning. Comfortable drive, very good visual for driving.

We went in to test drive a ford mustang convertible. The dealership had a great selection. The buying experience was fantastic. I highly recommend the dealership and specifically Mark & Joanne.

No issues for three years and 56000 miles. Per fuely average 31mpg! 50000 miles on original tires! Love smart key and heated seats. Se 1.0 model!

Rex is outstanding. He recently sold me a new 2025 CR-V. He was very helpful and genuinely warm and friendly. He arranged for me to drive it home to see if my handicapped husband could get in and out of it easily. It was perfect and I purchased the car. After driving it for a month, I became concerned of a possible steering issue and notified Rex. He immediately fit me in to repair and couldn't have been more accommodating. We have owned our ecosport se for over 2 years. No problems. Average over 32 over 37,000 miles tracked on fuelie! Only oil changes and tires rotations so far. Comfortable on trips. Love standard features on se trim. Proximity key. Heated seats. Satellite radio. 2 USB ports in dash. 2 power points. It could have a little more cargo room and power but we are satisfied with the car overall!

Sands has a great customer experience from the Classic Cars on display to the low pressure sales while we looked for the perfect vehicle. Our salesperson Brian Yahia was great getting answers to our questions and providing assistance to locate the color and features we wanted. We shopped on a Sunday and were surprised to find out that they would have been willing to stick around to let us drive our new Traverse out that evening.
