I have the Sport Edge model with 2.7 twin turbo. I love it! Do your research. With any turbo you must use premium gas, full synthetic oil and let your car cool down after short rides for at least a minute or 3 - 5 minutes if you drive more that 3 hours. The turbo engine runs hot and cooling down lets the oil drain for the turbo. If you don't the engine could overheat. Look it up for yourself.

They did a great job of helping me find the perfect pick up. Levi spent a lot of time helping me. A very good experience. After the sale, I had a small issue with the battery and they swapped it out for a new one, no questions asked. Great dealership!

I have owned my 2021 Ford Edge ST LINE since September of 2021. It is now April 2024, and I can say without a doubt, that I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I have taken long trips with it, and it was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this vehicle.

We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.

My experience with Davidson Gebhardt Chevrolet was exceptional, to say the least. Having worked in the customer service industry for many years, I always anticipate and expect a great experience. With our current economy in the slumps, great customer service seems to be a thing of the past. But not at this dealership. Every employee I have encountered is happy and helpful. I have been using this dealership for a few years now to service my suburban. Recently, we had an unfortunate and costly mishap where all wiring and many modules had to be replaced. We filed a claim with insurance and Darek was my service advisor. From the very beginning, he was helpful, polite, professional and attentive where he would always check in with me to give complete and thorough updates about my vehicle. If you plan on buying a ford edge from 2017, or anywhere between 2015-18, I implore you to make sure that you buy a used one. Why, because if it has over 100k miles on it, there's a good chance it had a good gen 1 engine in it or already had the cracked gen 1 engine in it replaced with a new gen 2 engine in it that won't crack anytime soon. This is a known problem with the ford edges and other models that come with that specific first generation model inline 4-cylinder between the 80k-100k miles marker, Ford knows about it and a recall should be issued but they won't be doing that anytime soon. So, if you by a ford edge with under 60k miles on it like I did, immediately purchase the 50k miles powertrain warranty at designated ford dealer, and if the car is a CPO get the 100k miles warranty no matter what the miles on it currently are, you no idea if the engine you got is going to crack, so make sure you get the warranty plan that will cover replacing the engine and anything else that goes wrong with the needed number of miles to cover the 80k-100k miles marker; my edge almost made it to 100k miles before it cracked. And because the new engine put so much back pressure on the old transmission, the engine killed the transmission, so I got that replaced too! $205 deductible later, and I essentially got an entire new car, I'll drive the thing till the wheels fall off at this point.

The service department was amazing and the advisor went above and be tying to help me with the service and another quote. I?ve never received this level of service anywhere.

I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

Routine service, handled very efficiently, was there for 1.5 hours, pretty quick in my book. Friendly people.

Gelreat car for the most part. I got it used with 125k miles. So far so good knock on wood on engine coolant leak issues. But the only downside and i've never had major bad luck with ford. Except on those junky focus transmissions 2012 to 2018. Well I got 170k miles on it and my flex plate is bad or cracked. My understanding is the issue is cause by torque converter weld stud bolts not welded properly from factory. I have been confirmed by my mechanic that it is flex plate rattle. Whats crazy is there is a csp on it for that same flex plate rattle but im over the 120k mile mark. But other ford edges with my same 2.0 engine on the 2017 year model have a recall for torque converter welds and recalls are unlimited mileage. I think thats what caused my flex plate issue. I understand normal wear and tear but 170k mile when i have taken care of it, that dont seem fair.

Best used vehicle I have ever purchased!! The V-6 on my SEL makes it fun to drive, although it is a bit of a gas guzzler. I don't care because I put more priority on get up and go then MPG!

We've owned the 2020 Ford Edge for over 5 years and purchased the car new. Just one recent issue with a sensor for the AWD system during that time. Car drives well with decent power and gets 24-26 mpg in mixed driving and around 30 mpg on the highway. Very comfortable and would consider buying another if they still made them. Only downside is that the car doesn't seem to hold its value that well when compared to the Japanese brands.

Never in my life have I owned a Ford but this is my second Ford Edge. A 2021 Edge ST is my second and although the Titanium version was a pleasure the ST with it's handling and performance is a step above. The Edge is more comfortable than most SUV's with much more hauling capacity. Just a great fun car to drive and quite a value.

We just purchased a Jeep Liberty Limited Jet and we love it! We were only able to find a few that we would consider buying and that is when we discovered 5280 Motor Company! I called to inquire on the Jeep late afternoon on a Friday and spoke with Rick the owner. I asked what their business hours were and realized that I could not get to Longmont in time. He offered to meet us there when we could make it and only asked that we give him a call when we were about half way there. We arrived nearly two hours after their normal closing time and test drove the Jeep. We loved the car and the whole buying process at 5280 Motor Company! They have an eye for cars! all of them looked immaculate! There was no pressure to buy, no haggling on the price, and no Dealer handling fees! The deal was written up before I could even get a copy of my insurance card faxed to the Dealership! It was the best experience we've had buying a car from a dealer and we highly recommend them! Just bought a Land Rover LR3. From the first contact to the last signature it was a great easy going experience. They even put the vehicle up on their lift while their mechanic went over it with me. The Awd 2.OT is a great addition if you can find one with them both equipped! Easy to drive in the snow and decent mileage.

Bought my 2013 edge limited in 2014 new. Have replaced the catilitic converter but no problems at all. Has 106k miles. Everything works perfectly. Thought about getting a new car but it runs so well. Get 21 mph average. Put Lucas gas treatment in both of my Fords and all well and good. Have 3.5 liter. It’s very fast when needed.

I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

I had a 2018 Titanium Edge which I loved for its comfort, smooth ride, trouble free mechanics, and looks but wanted to move up to the available driver assistance/safety features. The 2021 features those nicely. I have the Titanium again which I think is worth the extra cost. The cooled seats are better than vented A/C alone. The '21 has a 4 cylinder paired with an eight-speed transmission. That is good with a small gain in gas mileage but not as smooth as the '18 six-cylinder. My main complaint is the tablet-sized control touch-screen which has all the adjustments for interior climate. It can take two touches (or a touch and a slide) to make some adjustments and can draw one's attention off the road for too long if you're not careful. The missing knobs and buttons would be way better.

The car we purchased was just as described in the advertisement. Will, our salesperson, was friendly and helpful. We were able to negotiate the price we needed on our trade and received a fair price for it with minimal negotiation. All of the staff we dealt with in person and on the phone were helpful and friendly. The responses to our phone queries were answered quickly and efficiently. I was able to arrange a time to test-drive our vehicle were done quickly and on our own schedule. This dealer was able to per-certify our vehicle which allows us to access the remainder of our full new vehicle warranty and transfer the service agreement from the previous owner. The car was delivered clean and fully charged which was great as we were from out of town and had a 100 mile return trip to home. The whole purchase was handled start to finish in just a few hours, which was one of the quickest sales closings I hav experienced in many cars purchased over the years. Nice work in a pleasant atmosphere.

I like this car very much with one exception. The paint quality is not good. I’ve had to repair several chips in paint. Seems like you barely touch car and paint will chip. I have Star White which is a premium color. This shouldn’t happen. Touch up paint works great! Too badI have to use it!

Although I purchased my Edge used in 2019, it has given me one issue, but Good news! When I took my car to Ford’s dealership to repair, I learnt it was covered completely due to a recalled. The only thing they didn’t do was a “complimentary car wash, that I’m used to having. Nevertheless, the service was taken care of in a timely manner. In spite of one worst winter storm in the South.

I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway
