Have had mine for 4 years and it has been one of the best vehicles I have ever owned. Mine is the SE trim which is not fancy, but has all the basics and more. The seats are comfortable on long drives. The controls are easy to use and properly placed foe ease of use. The 2.0 L engine is surprisingly peppy. The ride is smooth and comfortable for a small SUV.

When asking questions about financing a new car, I was talking to Dominick. He was very good at explaining everything to me. I am on a fixed income and still deciding.

I bought mine used with 17,000 miles for $17,000, and it's a 2017. I guess 17 was the lucky number lol. My Escape drives well, feels very comfortable, and is pretty good on gas (average 4 banger gas milage ) beats any 6 or 8 cylinder. I have the base model , so the engine isn't the fastest, but I'm not racing anyone ever. I never feel underpowered, or unsafe on highways. This little truck holds own in any senerio. I'm not sure why people are giving negative reviews maybe competitors trying to sell their brands🤔 . This is a good suv , and it looks great. I would buy it again, it keeps me warm and safe in Chicago winters. Cranks everytime I turn the key even in sub zero temps. I remember Chicago being the coldest place on the planet for 24 hours a couple of years ago. I worked that night I believe it was -50 or close with the wind chill. I worked that night as a nurse , my escape ran like a trooper. If a vehicle runs in Chicago winters .....it's a tank and passes my test hands down. My 2011 BMW x 3 ummmm.....failed as a winter vehicle. It costed twice as much BEFORE THE "CHIP SHORTAGE" PRICES . Need I say more ????

Sohail made everything easy! At the end of the day, we had a great shopping experience and got a beautiful car at a fair price. Sohail had some minor dents repaired even drove the car out to us at 8:30 at night!!!

Re: Sales Experience Karrie is out of this world. She is customer driven to no ends. I wanted to purchase a 2022 Veloster N out of state from their dealership. Karrie returned my call quickly, answered all of my questions, and then provided super helpful information that I didn't think of. She kept me up to date as things progressed, and quickly alerted me when I needed to do something. On april 22 2022 I went to jenkins nissian of Leesburg and traded my 2020 nissian sentra in for a 2022 nissian kicks and and it was financed with nissian motors acceptance Corp after 2 weeks I refinance it with vyatar credit union and I found out that nissian motors acceptance Corp opened 2 accounts in my name so when I canceled the gap and extended warranty on the first loan that I refinance with vystar that refund when to the second loan that nissian motors Corp set up in error so I called jenkins nissian and talked to Oliver in finance on Monday June 6th and he started working on the issue right away because he agreed that nissian motors Corp made a mistake I got a call from oliver today Wednesday june 8th and he said everything would be fixed by Friday in my opinion oliver should get a raise for the job that he took on when it was not his fault I would definitely recommend this dealership and when it comes to financing ask for oliver he is great also robins is great also in finance

This was the quickest and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Tony answered all of our questions, gave us a test drive, then told us what their lowest price was. No running back and forth to "the boss," no sob stories about how he's losing money on the deal, just a fair price on a nice car.
