Went in to have some surface rust and a couple of dents looked after. The manager came out, efficiently looked and asked questions. Have a detailed, fair estimate. Dropped off next day and car was ready ahead of time. He came out again and explained his teams work! Very impressed
I took my Ford Escape to the service department for an oil change. The only problem was the chaos in the parking lot. There is a lot of remodeling and confusion. I had to wait in my vehicle for thirty minutes or so.
I have received three e-mails, a phone call and a letter thanking me for using your service. Why are you sending so many e-mails and other correspondence to thank me for using the Ford service? It is annoying.
I just picked my Ford Flex up from Southgate Ford today. I had not dealt with them previously. I called a closer dealership first and they informed me it would be about a week before they could even look at it. My rear door wouldn't close so I couldn't really wait a week. Southgate Ford had me bring it in the next day although they were extremely busy. They had to send for a part and it was still done yesterday evening which was the next day. Brent was the individual who worked on my car and he was very helpful and pleasant in letting me know the timeline. We are looking for a new vehicle and will look at Southgate Ford first due to our positve experience with their service department.

Jamie Thompson their Service Advisor is very professional, courteous, and goes that extra mile to please her customers. We have had our vehicles serviced there for the last 15 years. The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.
Waiting area and the whole new car area is in desperate need of updates. Feels old and dirty. Service department is the only reason I go and that isn't much better. The last 2 visits, one or two service writers working and they do not like making eye contact to acknowledge you.
