2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

All Star Ford review
Hands down the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. After spending all day driving around from one dealer to the next with no luck seeing a car we like or striking a deal, this was our last stop on the list. From the first phone call to the last signature signed, everyone at ALLSTARFORD treated us like we were ALL STARS ourselves. One person in particular, salesman Damon, went above and beyond making sure we got the deal we wanted and that we were 100% satisfied with the used car. Although it was at the end of his shift, Damon never rushed or pressured us. He made us felt completely at ease throughout the whole experience. We came back the next day, greeted by his big, bright smile to finish the paper work with Wayne, who by the way, had quite a sense of humor. Damon even helped us wipe off the tire shine residue before we drove off. What a gentleman. It's rare and cool to see people who genuinely love their jobs and care for their customers these days. I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. 2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.
