I went in looking for a used car, was introduced to Martin, I must say he was a gem to deal with, picked the car out on Fri, there was a little problem, Martin told me to pick the car up on Monday, when i got there i saw some long scratches that i missed, Martin had them taken care of immediately, He did a follow up after i got the car, but the most impressive thing was my car was state to have Bluetooth, it did not, Martin and his manager Jorge made it happen, an appt was made and i got it. This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

Abby and Shawn in service were excellent. They both were patient with all my questions, provided credible answers, and, upon our approval of the repairs, had them done within 24-hours. They went the extra mile to have the car test-driven both before (to confirm our reported symptoms) and after the repair (to confirm problems had been resolved). Ask for Abby when you have an auto service need.

This is my second Escape Hybrid ans I absolutely love it. Love the interior redesign and who doesn't love getting 40PMG without plugging in? It is very spacious as well.

This is my 2nd Escape in 12 years. I drive for a living and I love feeling safe on the road. I've had no problems with this car. I personally have put over 400,000 miles on it in just 4 years. Take care of your car, and your car will take care of you.

I recently took my truck into Garnet Ford for multiple warning lights and diagnostic codes, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The service representative was professional, asked detailed questions, and made sure everything was clearly documented. Throughout the process, I received several updates, which I really appreciated. I also mentioned an issue I was having with my headlights, and they made sure that was addressed as well. In the end, my extended warranty turned out to be a great investment, covering the repairs and saving me a lot of stress. Both the service team and management went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. They even provided me with a loaner truck while mine was being worked on, which made a huge difference. Overall, great service and a smooth experience—I’d definitely recommend them.

We have purchased a few new trucks in the past. Problem is I'm in Dover so it's more convenient to shop closer to Dover.

Good on gas and a comfortable ride. Drive it to West Virginia and back home no problem. I like it a lot definitely recommend it for people who travel for work and schoool

Drove this 2021 escape hybrid got 40mpg and the seats were nice. The interior is not bad for the price its cheap but not fall apart cheap. On the outside it's just another white SUV the ride is a bit harsh and the 2.5 4 banger is a reiable engine. All is forgiven when the price is considered $24,000 ($21,000) after NJ EV rebate not bad for the money wireless Android Auto would have been nice though.

Went to the Pacifico Ford dealer in Broomall. They said they will not work on any vehicles that are 15 years or older. I went to Matthews Paoli Ford and had them work on my 2005 Ford excursion. I didn’t know that good mechanics existed like they have over there what a wonderful place it cost money but it’s worth it! The diesel mechanic there Christopher is unbelievably knowledgeable and good. Had a great experience. Had my Truck worker on over there and have had zero problems. Purchased the car with 20,000 miles and the engine had to be replaced at 42,000 miles, Ford paid to have it done. Other than that the car has been very good.

I have no had this car too long. So far, so good. But I have owned previous Escapes. Lots of added features on this one!

I purchased a new 2020 Ford Escape Titanium 2.0 AWD in early 2021. Four years and 60,000 miles later, I have little to complain about. The Negatives: Like many newer vehicles, the reliabilty has kept me guessing. The car has had trips to the dealership at 2k miles for a check engine light and rough idle, and various coolant leaks at 30k, 45k, and now 60k. I may try to schedule next years coolant leak appointment at 75k, and hope nothing else goes wrong. I am nervous for reliabilty going forward outside of the warranty. Also, the car depreciated at a painful rate. The Positives: This thing moves! The 2.0 turbo has 250hp and plenty of torque, giving it a surprisingly sporty feel in a little SUV. With highway driving, I regularly get between 35-42mpg. I have also been impressed with its towing ability. It will regularly tow up to the maximum of 3,500 lbs, including a 12' enclosed trailer full of furniture. It handles towing like a champ, while getting 14-16mpg (better than some trucks empty). Other notable positives are the interior design and function, the Fordpass app, and the driving technology (HUD, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Early version of Blue Cruise). Overall, it's a great car for the value. Perfect for a small family or dog owner, looking for something economical and versatile. You may want to get on a first name basis with the local Ford service department and have a backup vehicle.

The CarShop employees are the best! Again I needed help right away, this time with a passenger side mirror being almost pulled off. Morgan, the customer service tech & his manager Bill had a mechanic take a look to see what could be done & because the mirror was not totally pulled off & the wires were intact they were able to glue the mirror back onto the mirror perch mount & never even charged me. For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

Bought a new 2018 escape with a 2.5L,it now has 151,000 miles,other than 3 batteries that Ford replaced for free and $2,028.00 on brakes,4 plugs,2 coil packs and some front end work it has performed outstanding,kept the oil changed with Mobil 1 full synthetic oil and have had literally NO problems,I see it easily making over 200,000 miles.
