This is my 2nd Escape Hybrid (previous one was a previous-generation 2006) that I have well over 100K miles. It is comfortable to drive, serves my every SUV versatile need, and gives me great CITY mileage for a 4x4 SUV. Although it lacks some of the tech bells & whistles that have come to grace cars in the years since this was built, I still love driving it. It was sad to see that they stopped making it after 2012, and am not going to know what to try next when the day comes for me to get my next vehicle. Ford's excuse was that the "new" Escape with EcoBoost gets nearly as good mileage as the hybrid did, but they're talking highway, and almost all my driving is city. I hope that a future generation will bring back the hybrid, hopefully with an Energi (plug-in) version also.

For an AWD it gets great gas mileage, it's light design means you can go places heavier vehicles will struggle. It has excellent sight lines that makes sighting traffic easy and safe. Only bad thing is it is a Ford and Ford has awful dealership service, that is also very expensive in my experience from owning this vehicle. Good for off-roading and for commuting both around town and on the highway!

I am currently at 200,000 miles and it's driving like new. The maintenance on this Hybrid is minimal compared to similar SUV's. It is the best vehicle I have owned over my 30 years of driving.

I bought mine used in 2014 with 65k miles and now it has 225k miles, original engine, transmission, and battery. No issues. Still going strong.

All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you. I got the EXACT car I wanted, for a veryyy competitive price. I am 100% coming back here as far as I’m concerned.

This car is reliable and in great shape, I have not had any issues with it since owning it but I need all wheel drive now that I'm living in a mnt town

I owned one for 10 years and I did NOT have to do anything except normal Maintenace until the tenth year. The heater/air-conditioning had a problem, they took the whole thing out, had the vehicle for 3 days, and when I picked it up there were two bolts in the center consul, and I decided it was time to move on, so I traded it in with 10 or 20 thousand miles on it for a Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid. All the time I owned the 2009 Escape I was pleased with it.

I bought a 2008 escape hybrid from a government auction-it was used as a fire department vehicle in Denver Colorado. The hybrid version is the best in snow and bad weather due to its extra battery weight of 300lbs over the rear tires. Overall I haven’t had any real issues except for having to replace the hybrid battery that you can get a rebuilt better than oem for a fraction of what ford would charge to replace. This vehicle is awesome and will go just about anywhere and is good on gas for an suv.

Bought from a local dealer. It reached 200 miles with no issue. Gets 45 in city when a/c is off. Highway mpg is around 35.

Dean said that the mirror will be replace and paint touched up when side mirror comes in. Extra Key ordered and programed after I submitted a review. Clean and friendly dealership.

I saw a 2005 Chevy Express van for sale on line at Delta. I talked to Sal about it and after discussing it, I put a 500.00 deposit on it. He was kind enough to hold the van until I was in his area about two weeks later. Despite a few scratches, the van was everything I needed. The rare cargo area air conditioner was the selling point. We agreed on the final price and he accepted my personal check for the balance, even though I live 430 miles south. I was nervous about the drive home but the van ran perfect! I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend Delta to anyone. I heard from the mechanic I hired to check out the van that Sal is a good guy, and he is!

We bought the Titanium option. It is stylish and very easy to get into. Even in engine mode, the car is quiet. All the safety options are great for young and old alike. .

I never thought I would own a Ford as Im usually a Chevy Girl... whilst I felt like a bit of a trader a first, I have to admit I am absolutely loving my new Ford Escape! It has all the luxuries I want in my car from spacious room to a smooth quiet ride. While I do plan to upgrade the sound system, I was surprised at how nice the stock system is! Ever been to a car lot and they were actually honest with you? I hadn't either till I went here. I had been looking for a car for weeks. I was fed up with the same 4 square...look what we can do for you...I will tell and sell you a dream if you leave today with a car and have buyers remorse because you spent to much BS. Not here at Silver Eagle. Looked at a couple and Aldo (our salesman) was straight honest about what still needed to be done or what they thought they needed to do/look at. Didn't want to send us home with a car that we would call them about a motor or transmission problem. Not how they do business. They helped us figure different ways we could finance. Didn't blow up our phone when we left to think about our decision. I had nothing but a great experience. Answered all questions we had. Followed up to make sure we were truly happy. I have had no problems with my 2008 and believe if you drive normally and perform regular maintenance that you will get many years and miles of use.

Been looking for a 2003 Road King for almost a year. Problem in WNY is owners look at the blue book price and tack on 3 or 4 K. Found this bike on dealers web site, and bought sight unseen. Wayne made sure bike was ready for Haul Bikes. Bike arrived and one can tell it received TLC. The experience was excellent, problem free. It was ok in general, not a head turner and it's performance and fuel economy compared to its standard gasoline counterparts is not extraordinary.

Eric was great, as usual. This was my 3rd new vehicle through him and I also sent a co-worker in who purchased too. The issue is not with the sales team, it’s with the finance dept. I am still waiting on resolution for an extended warranty I purchased with my new car last month. Shockingly the $$$mistake is in the dealers favor. 2 emails ghosted and no credit back to either my loan principal or my credit card. My suggestion is to just purchase the vehicle there and decline EVERYTHING the finance department offers then run out the door. Sales gets a 5, Finance dept 1 1/2. I will give them the rest of this week to keep up there end of the contract before I envolve corporate.
