He gave me an understandable explanation of why my CEL came on and what was needed to fix it. The part was not in stock, but they were able to go pick one up. Ethan told me approximately how long a wait I would have and offered to drive me somewhere if I didn't want to stay in the service department waiting area. Had a fantastic experience buying my Honda CRV. Jason was helpful and informative and the process couldn't have been easier. A few days later, I noticed smoke coming out of the engine. After I called, Jason and the mechanic were at my workplace within the hour to check it out. They arranged getting the car back to their place to find a defective oil filter. They took care of everything, were in frequent communication with me and delivered it right back to my house. Would absolutely go back and recommend them!
