This was my first car purchase from a dealership and I must say it was a quick and painless process! I’ve heard horror stories about car salesmen and dealerships and all the headaches associated with the two. So I was skeptical about even attempting to purchase a car from a dealership of this size. But I found a car that I loved on their website and after inquiring online, their internet salesman, Carson, reached out. He was very nice and super helpful with any questions I had and even helped me schedule a test drive! When I got to lot I drove around until I found the car I had seen online. The info online was accurate as well as the photos! I was then approached by Richard Morgan who asked me all the right questions and was very quick to get the keys and send me on a test drive! Richard was absolutely fantastic and made this intimidating experience a memorable one! I decided to think about the purchase after the test drive and Richard was very understanding. He and I spoke on the phone for the next few days and we came to an agreement on the purchase price!!! He got all the necessary paperwork ready and even got my financing approved before I got off from work!!! I was in and out of the office in about an hour, with my new car!!! 5 star service! Highly recommend Richard, Carson and the whole Shelor team!! I can’t say enough good things about my experience! All my future vehicles will be purchased from Shelor Motor Mile!!

I recently purchased a 2013 Mustang Shelby GT500 with very low miles and in like new condition from another state. My wife and I went this past weekend to the Lute Riley Dealership to look for a CPO Honda Odyssey. Prior to arriving at the dealership they were very friendly over the phone to help coordinate the test drive and negotiate the price prior to us arriving. This helped streamline the process when there. Shoutout to Mo our salesman who helped answer all of our questions and needs when looking at the vehicle. His level of care, attention to detail, and willingness to help was fantastic. Overall, we had a great and smooth experience at the dealership, the whole team was friendly and helpful, and all seemed to be passionate about Honda. Only negative was that the whole paperwork process still required us to wait 3 hours even though we had the price figured out, but that seems to be the norm at any dealership. Would recommend if you want a good deal on a CPO Honda in the Dallas area and what to get top level of service as you go through your car buying experience.
