Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

Drove here from Indiana and the car was pulling to the right so I requested a front end alignment and to rotate the tires. The staff was friendly and the wait time was minimal

WOW!! What a staff!! I spent most of a 3 day weekend going from car dealership to car dealership looking for a new vehicle, I wanted something bigger in size, something better than my Bronco on fuel and something that wouldn't break the bank. After tons of research I found that the ALL NEW Mitsubishi Outlander checked all my boxes. It's sleek, plush and ultra refined interior and exterior makes me feel RICHHH. I stopped into a couple local (Springfield, MO) dealerships and got the ickkk from the sales staff and managers, you know the feeling, like you're about to be taken advantage of, that one! I swear at one point I witnessed the sales manager rubbing his bands together and counting his commission in his head... At this point it wad too late, I was already in LOVE with the NEW Outlander but couldn't force myself to buy from my local dealership so I decided to call up Northtowne. I dialed the number and asked for sales, to my surprise the ray of sunshine that answered the phone was no other than my saleswoman (Sawnya). I explained my entire weekend, went into detail of what I was looking for in a car and told her where I would like to be. Let's just say Sawyna DID NOT give me the ickkk we shared a TON of belly laughs during our first 15 minutes on the phone. I swear it was no more than 20 minutes later and Sawnya and her sales manager (Colton) called me back with good news that we could make it work!! Colton found a way to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, the right price for the car I purchased and even was the first one to greet me at the dealership door with a handshake and a smile. To say this dealership feels like a family is no joke. Every single person I spoke to was kind, generous and eager to help! Finance knocked it out of the park and gave me everything I wanted in a timely manner. HUGE shoutout to Tim in finance for getting me covered with the bundle protection package. (I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached, you don't want to know how many key fobs I've lost.) The 175 mile drive was WELL WORTH it for the amazing hospitality, the expertise level of the staff and the forever friendships I made while here. For my next car I know where to start!! I purchased at 2016 Fusion SE. Got a great deal, have always used the Sullivan Ford Quick Lane for oil change, etc. THe service department is top-notch and provides answers in a timely fasion.

THE SERVICE MECHANIC LEFT ALL THE TIRE STEM CAPS LOOSE WHEN HE/SHE CHECKED THE TIRE PRESSURE AND LOST ONE. DID'NT RESET THE SPEEDOMETER AFTER CHANGING THE OIL. LEFT BLACK SMUGEST ON THE TRUCK. PUT THE NEXT OIL CHANGE STICKER ON CROOKET.
