Best service experience I've ever had. Superb, professional and personal service, with top-notch free espresso bar (and dogs) to boot! Worth buying a Subie just for this. Also, Susan, my "case worker," was especially terrific. Both friendly and professional and interested in my personal experience with the car and quality of service and operation.
Brought in my 2014 Denali Yukon to trade for a new body style gmc. Found what I was looking for and they fixed all the issues I had with the vehicle. There was just one thing there were a lot of little things. Taillight, sunroof, headliner, interior carpet and a few other things. They were all addressed without any questions. They had the car more than a few days for the fixes and loaned me a car for the wife and kids while it was there. Very happy with salesmanship and service. Top notch! Will purchase again when I’m ready for a new truck.
Megan and Daniel took great care of us when we bought a new minivan. Megan answered all the questions we had and had a great sense of humor, making things a lot more enjoyable- I hate car shopping. Daniel got us through the financing quickly and painlessly. We walked out of there with a good price based on my research. Overall, a good experience.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Found a vehicle that I was ready to buy but their no haggle pricing was too high. As an online only dealer without brick and mortar investment they should offer very attractive pricing. I managed to find a similarly equipped car for a much more attractive price. Their customer service was great so if you find a car that you like and you like the price I would not hesitate buying from them.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Found this dealership and the car through cars.com. It was a remote buying experience for me but they took the time to answer all my questions including a thorough look through and video of the car as well. My buying experience was positive even though I was located in a different city
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
I had an outstanding experience working with the entire Hewlett Team! Paul Britton was our salesman, and he was outstanding! Brett McCleney is Finance was also outstanding!
