Let me use the acronym F-A-S-T to describe my latest visit on Jan 23: F - Friendly - I received a warm and friendly greeting at reception that made me feel welcome. A - Appearance - The appearance of the customer lounge was inviting with comfortable, cushy chairs that had charging ports, a TV and hot and cold refreshments available. S - Swift - They were swift and professional, striving to get my service completed quickly without compromising the quality of work completed, applying any existing coupons for service that were available. T - Technology - They used a wonderful blend of technology (texts: one with a video link to show me how my multipoint inspection went, another to let me know my car was ready AND a link to pay online (cool!)) and personal service with one of the reception staff coming to the lounge to let me know my car was ready and that I could come checkout at my leisure, no rush. So I felt comfortable to enjoy the nice lounge for a little longer. When I did go checkout, the service staff member was courteous and went over all my service paperwork with me and gave me a big smile and shook my hand before I left. With the F A S T service that I received I felt like not only a valued customer, but a part of a family. This quality of customer service is what I have experienced with this dealership across all departments, whether I am working with sales to lease a new car, finance to finalize paperwork, or service to get maintenance done. The service department staff, from the front desk to the techs, deserve a monetary bonus and a department award from Mazda for superior sustained performance. Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

I worked with Cody N and Tiana. The dropdown menu won't let me choose them, however it is important to note as I think they are quite the dream team. From choosing which tires to purchase, until the time I left the door; my service was exceptional. It was truly a personalized experience. Once I turned my keys over, I was brought to a cozy and clean area to wait for my vehicle. There was plenty of places to sit, along with WIFI and power outlets. The team also provides a shuttle for local travel so you don't have to miss out on errands, or if you would rather wait at home. My truck was returned to me all washed up, and in excellent condition.

Service was great! I made an appointment with Ashley for 10am but life was lifing so she rescheduled me 3x that day with no attitude and finally made it in around 3:30pm. Then I was helped by Marquell. Cool guy! He gave me a price I couldn’t afford at first so I was about to leave. He stopped me and said “Let me speak to my manager” they talked it over and gave me a price I couldn’t refuse! I really wanted a Dodge Challenger especially because Dodge aren’t making anymore high horsepower/gas powered vehicles in the Charger/Challenger line. I walked out very satisfied. Janey Acton my powerhouse saleswoman. This woman help me pick out the truck I wanted. Then went battled beside me With the office, to get me where I wanted to be price and rate wise. We closed the deal at 930PM Remember they closed at 7pm She never got upset about anything and said let me see what I can do, every time I countered. Then 3 weeks After the sale I had some clerical issues. She took my call an got to the people who could fix the issues without giving me the run around.
