The advisor was straightforward, professional, and kept me well informed throughout the process. Once I approved the repair, the necessary parts were ordered, and the work was completed within 2 days. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround time. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and eager to help. I have brought my vehicle to this dealership many times over the years, I have always been satisfied with the service I received. Our vehicle needed an odd size tire and Matt located tires at a local busi ess and was able to have them delivered promptly. We were so impressed we decided to buy four tires due to a buy three and get one free offer and a rebate. We asked for an alignment and the mechanic determined it was not needed. We could have been taken advantage of and were not.

She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location!
