Benson Ford review
Had bought other vehicles from a Benson dealership just not a Ford. When my King Ranch F150 was built and delivered to the dealership I was in my winter home in southern MS. My Benson contact Derick explored every method possible to effect delivery. Even when I elected to fly up to get it I was offered a pick up from the airport 20 miles away! Awesome service and highly recommended.

Fairway Ford, Inc. review
This review is about my experience with salesman Larry Taylor, a retired Army veteran. Larry was outstanding in every way during my recent purchase of a truck from Fairway. It became clear to me during the buying process that Larry values his customers and puts a high priority on honesty and integrity. The dealership is fortunate to have him. If you are considering a new or used vehicle from Fairway, it will be well worth your time to ask for Larry when you call or visit the dealership.

Fairway Ford, Inc. review
I recently took my car in for oil change, tire rotation and 5 point inspection. Everything went smoothly except no one checked the tire pressure and made the needed adjustments. In fact I’m not even sure the tires were rotated. I knew the tire pressures needed to be adjusted …..I guess it was my assumption they would check / correct the tire pressures. After I was on my way home I checked the tire pressures and the numbers are the same as before I took the car in to them

Josh had helped me before with finding a car when he worked at kia, so contacted him and told josh that I was in need of a vehicle and that I would be bringing my son up to see if he can get a vehicle too. I got approved, my son got a truck, then my husband got approved. I didn't think it would happen. Thank you so much Josh. And the people that work there are really nice. Keep up the good work.

Parks Ford Hendersonville review
Chandler Greene at Parks Ford Hendersonville Chandler Greene made my car-buying experience at Parks Ford Hendersonville truly outstanding. His professional approach was refreshing—no pushy sales, just attentive, friendly service that made me feel valued from start to finish. What impressed me most was Chandler’s sharp intelligence on Ford models. I quizzed him on the F-150 Lightning, Explorer, and Mustang Mach-E, and he nailed every detail on specs, features, and even suggested smart alternatives based on my needs. He explained everything clearly, from hybrid tech to towing, without jargon overload. The process was smooth, and his follow-up was spot-on. If you’re shopping for a Ford, ask for Chandler—you’ll drive away happy. Top-notch dealership and salesperson! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I bought a used VW Golf from here the other day - Oscar Viva was super helpful throughout the whole process. Good communication on the phone prior to meeting in person, very straight forward and not trying to oversell anything. Very positive experience, I will recommend to anyone looking for a used car if they have what you're looking for.

I received outstanding service from Parks. Ford. An issue came up with a tire rotation that was handled professionally, that I didn't even know was a problem.

Johnny, Parks' Sales Manager, and Tom Karr, the Sales Rep who handled the deal, were fabulous. Everyone was kind, courteous, and professional. In addition to that, I checked process with a number of other dealers and they have me the best deal without any salesmsnship smoke. Great dealership.
