Five stars to Joe G. at Kain Ford. I was selling my Tesla on Facebook Marketplace when I was contacted by Joe. He made selling my car easier than I could have ever imagined. Their offer was more than fair and he even came to my house nearly 4 hours away and picked the car up. I don't think it could have been any easier had I sold the car to a local dealership. In fact I think it went even smoother than it would have had I decided to sell my car locally. The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.

Will and the Gorges team were all friendly and helpful. My husband and I knew the vehicle we wanted to purchase and we were not pressured to change our minds. We were allowed to have the vehicle checked out by our mechanic and this confirmed that everyone wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase. The vehicle had some light hail damage removed and was ready for us to pick up as promised. Will was understanding and willing to work with us. We would definitely consider working with Gorges and Will again in the future!
