They were great to work with, I tested an Explorer and it was very nice, but on a front wheel drive platform, and I needed an Expedition and they didn't have 1 at the time.

He has kept in contact with us through the process and is super easy to work with. My experience with Lombard was excellent. Not pushy at all. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When the Mass registry couldn’t get my registration done the day it was supposed to be done and I couldn’t pick up the car the next day, he delivered it to me.
