I have a great experience story during my car buying experience at Ford Country Las Vegas. I was in the process of doing all the paperwork to buy a new car. I sat at table in the showroom along a the dealership process the paperwork. I has some tip cash in my pocket. I had some free time so I got up to use the mens room. When I returned to the table I noticed a $50.00 in the table. I am 78 years old and assumed I had left on the table by mistake. I thought nothing of it. As few minutes after I got back Ford Country employe approached me and told me he found a 50.00 dollar bill on the floor by my seat and assumed it belonged to whoever had been siting there and put it back on the table. His name was Frank Mooradian Sale Manager. I thanked him for his honesty and integrity. Good people are hard to find. Men of honor are hard to find. If Frank Mooradian is the Sales Manager I have to think he demands the same honesty and integrity for all his sales force. I recommend for Ford County.

After being very disappointed and treated poorly by a different dealership I didn't have high hopes we would end up getting anything but my husband and I decided to give Friendly Ford a try. We were looking to purchase a used SUV, We pulled up and were greeted right away by Hugo Gonzalez. Hugo took us inside and sat down with us, he asked us what we were looking for and how much we wanted our monthly payments to be. He said he didn't want to show us anything out of our budget or that did not work size wise for our family,which I really appreciated, most places will show you anything and everything just to try to sell something. We ended up getting an Amazing SUV for our Family at a great price. Hugo really worked hard to help us find what we wanted, I felt like he really cared about what we wanted in a vehicle and didn't try to talk us into something else just to sell. Overall iy was a great experience with Friendly Ford and I couldn't be happier with our purchase from them.

West Motor Company review
Gordon Palmer and the crew at West Motor in Preston, ID are fantastic! We live in Star Valley, WY, two hours away from Preston. We were in the market for a slightly used Dodge Journey. I had been in contact with several other dealers, including the Dodge dealer in Star Valley, but Gordon gave us the best rate and the best price on a 2016 Journey! We wanted to trade in our 99 Chevy Suburban as part of our down payment on the new vehicle. On the way to Preston, my three-year-old daughter got car sick going over Immigration Pass and puked in the car. We didn't have the means to clean it up sufficiently, but Gordon was really cool about it. He gave us rags and towels to help us get it cleaned up once we got to the dealer and they still gave us a good trade-in value. The purchasing process was really simple and the wait was not long at all. Gordon was really friendly and professional and he most definitely knows what he's doing. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else! They even topped off the vehicle for us before we made the two-hour trek back home. He gave us two fobs for our Journey, but one of them wasn't working. When we went back to get a new one, Gordon was very accommodating and even reimbursed us for the fuel we spent to drive back over there! I'm very impressed with Gordon Palmer and West Motor Company in Preston, ID! If I ever need service on my vehicle or am in the market for a new Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram, I'm most definitely going back to West Motor Company!!

I drove from LV to Utah, because the truck of my dreams was there. One quick phone call and a small deposit through Sam and my truck was held for me the next day. When I got there I could feel the great energy right away. I was greeted by David Call who helped me with all the paperwork to finish the deal and explained everything to me in such great detail that I walked out of there with great peace of mind and very happy about my purchase. Even after I got home David checked up on me to see how I was liking the truck and if I had any other questions he could be reached at any time. This whole process honestly was the easiest and most comfortable experience I’ve ever had at a dealership and this is what will keep me coming back to St. George Ford and can see my self purchasing other vehicles from them in the future. even at 2 hours away from my home, I highly recommend this dealership to any one that is looking for an honest and friendly experience. I have been in an accident and my Ford Ranger was totaled. We had purchased it at Ken Garff in Mesquite which was an awesome experience. I Loved that truck and Ken Garff, so when it came time to purchase a new vehicle, I knew I wanted another Ford Ranger and I also knew I wanted to buy from Ken Garff again. This purchase was even better!!! Jeremiah, my salesman, was the absolute best!! He treated me so well and listened to my wants and needs and helped me get exactly what I wanted!! The finance manager was fantastic! This experience was by far the BEST experience I have EVER had purchasing a vehicle! I will tell everyone I know that's where they need to go.
