2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

I love a Cadillac, they very quick to help me…. Wonderful, but with finally asking my husband to check out- he knows we can’t afford the luxury cars—- took me a week to grieve but will pray for ? Better fit- I also had my sis mechanic read the car fax & the want the car to get fixed there—- more than I.can $

Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

I have owned Toyota and Honda vehicles for years. I love the space and comfort of my Ford Explorer. However I'm at 68k miles and just had to have my transmission rebuilt. If I didn't love the comfort and ride of this vehicle so much, I would trade it in tomorrow. I have my fingers crossed and praying this vehicle will hold out to 200k miles.

When I first started going to Miller Chevrolet. I went looking for a home that I could trust to do the right thing. I have been going back ever since, and I do trust them. I encourage you to give them a try both for auto service, and a place that you can buy your next car.

I have had several Explorers all have been great vehicles. My newest is only a couple years old. I also still have a great running 26 year old with almost 200k miles. Never had a big or expensive problem with either. I can say the same for the BMWs, Mercedes and Infinity’s I have owned…Once these expensive vehicles warranty expired everything but their engine seemed to fall apart. My Fords are reliable and never break down (knock on wood) Not flashy like the imports but solid.

Wow, what can I say. It was meant for me to connect with Kent K. at Bedrock Motors. I had been in search of a 2013 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet convertible. I literally only made one call, and rushed over after work to test drive. After doing a quick exam under the hood, and checking the ground for leaks. I was feeling confident about purchasing this vehicle. Kent was nice to inform me he would not be on site, so I met Kip who was just as helpful. I offered to put down a deposit, but Kip indicated no need it will be held for you : ). I came back with my 2013 trade in vehicle, and received a great deal. Over all my experience is great with Buffalo ford service. My only complaint this time was- I specifically told them what was wrong I had already had it diagnosed - they brought it in, said it wasn’t that- but another part.. kept the car for a week to only call me and say it was not that… but you guessed it… the part I TOLD them it was originally. And of course that one wasn’t in and had to be ordered. I finally got my vehicle back at 10 days. But like I said- over all they’re great. I got a loaner- no questions asked. They were very good with communication- and Mickey in service was stellar at his job. They even were kind enough to put gas in my car when I called and asked because I dropped it off at E and with subzero temps moving in I didn’t want it sitting outside on E. I’ll continue using ford service. 5 stars over all- ❄️

Purchased a 2008 Cadillac SRX and everything went super smooth. No pressure to buy warranty or anything else. Recently I received a check in the mail for accidental overcharges, I was none the wiser on that. Beware of the trolls that trash this dealership they are super honest.

Had a great experience leasing out our first car ever. Cody was really helpful throughout the process. He made sure we understood the whole process very easily. We had a complex car purchase and Luther Used Car Company stood by their word that they thoroughly make sure that they are doing their best to sell decent used cars. We were excited to find a Honda CRV at this dealership. However, just a month after we purchased the car every dashboard light came on and the engine failed, which was very expensive. When we took it back to the dealership, they paid to put in a new used engine. While doing so, they also fixed other issues they found in the process. They said that they wanted to make sure we knew that they wouldn't knowingly sell us a bad car and although that unfortunately happened, they did make it right. We are very thankful that we chose to buy our used car at Luther Used Car Company and we hope to honor them with business in the future.
