2019 Ford Explorer review
I bought my explorer a few months ago and I love it. I've taken it on a few road trips. Nice smooth, comfortable ride. My dogs love it too. Plenty of space for everything we need while traveling. I highly recommend.

2019 Ford Explorer review
On my third explorer. Tried switching to a Durango and went back after 3 months lol. Great, reliable car! Super comfy! At 47k miles so far never had any issues (so far) except my hood started to rust but ford has a 5 year paint warranty so just had a new one put on a month ago and it’s perfect now

I have nothing but praise for their customer service and finance department, everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were fully informed and comfortable with the process. I looked all over the US trying to find the specific color combination and options package we wanted, and after 3 months I located the exact car, and with a price that I couldn't turn down. The car was delivered to my home last night, it is perfect! Today, we had four key fobs that had failing batteries in them. We struggled with the task, so we went to Harper Ford, Eureka to see if they could help. We were very pleased with Dave at the Parts and Services Department. He was very pleasant and even though it was small tedious request, he cheerfully completed it as if we were the best customers in the world. We have purchased three cars from them in the past and in each transaction, it was never a time that I felt that we were pressured but treated respectfully. The parts department also serviced our car, as well, for a recall and again the service was wonderful. We highly recommend Harper Ford's dealership. In fact, for one of the cars we purchased, we walked away from another car dealership due to their aggressive sales person and the added on additions when it was time to sign on the dotted line for the purchase. The best decision we ever did.

Love this vehicle!! Went from 2013 Chevy Malibu to this 2019 fully loaded Ford Explorer. Love the navigation, hands free phone, auto bright lights and Windsheild washer, remote start, sun roofs, back up camera, luggage racks, hitch andtowing capabilities, 3rd row seating and stowing, the Ford app, the Ford warranty, leather heated seats and steering wheel, and all the safety and other luxury accessories.
