Looked at many different vehicles, very happy with 2022 Ford Explorer. The Explorer vehicle is very roomy with all the comforts of a luxury vehicle.

We have only had our vehicle for a short time but it meets and exceeds our expectation. We purchased the limited model due to the reduced noise inside of the vehicle

We purchased a 2022 Explorer Platinum one month ago and so far we've had a great experience. We needed the large volume of cargo space that's available with the third row down, above-average towing capability, and most importantly comfortable seating for long trips. This SUV has given us all of that and much more. Now that we're past the break-in period, it is such a pleasure to drive. It has a phenomenal engine, helpful tech that we haven't had any trouble using (with one exception -- see below), and a fantastic selection of drive modes. The one fly in the ointment isn't Ford's fault. We tried to activate the three-month free trial of the wifi hotspot with AT&T, but three weeks after opening an incident with them (with Ford Customer Support's help), they haven't been able to resolve the issue. I hope Ford partners with a different provider soon, so no one else has to deal with this. But that's a minor issue in the grand scheme of things. After a major purchase like this I often second-guess myself and wonder if I shouldn't have gone with one of the runners up. But not in this case. I'm confident we found the best SUV for our needs. Kudos to Ford!

John Machado was the only reason I purchased from the dealership I drove from la to van nuys to deal with this guy he know everything about these vehicles I would highly suggest if you want to buy this is the guy to buy from. He helped me get the down payment and monthly payment where I needed them to be and made it happen. He sent a video just for me and pictures. Then he took the time on his day off to help me after the sale. Roger in the service dept also helped me out. Great staff here.

Overall experience is good, the reason for a 4-star is the waiting process for getting to Finance to sign all the paperwork, I waited for 2 hours and finally the finance manager came get me

I leased a 2024 Mustang Mache. I made an appointment with internet sales the day before and Vincent was there to help us at the appointed time. He was extremely friendly and helpful as he helped us through the leasing process. There was some negotiating to arrive at the final deal but in the end I was satisfied it was fair.

I had purchased my first company truck here at Don's about a year ago in 2022 and it was definitely the easiest car purchase I've ever made from any dealership. That vehicle(2017 Silverado) was purchased for my business since purchasing a new truck was out of the question with all the dealerships mark ups. That first vehicle has been my work horse and thankfully it has performed as they said, no issues. When it came time to purchase another truck, I didn't think twice about visiting Don's before any other dealer since they handle good used quality trucks. I was able to get a great deal on a 2018 Silverado. Travis was so up front and transparent about the price and where the vehicle came from. There was a small concern with the vehicle's battery age, but he did not hesitate to swap out and make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Thanks again for the amazing service Travis. The only thing I would say is since my Bronco was a demo and I?m the only owner, it came with old French fries under the seat as well as a bag of old Red Vines in the center console. I reached out right away so Ford would do better when they wash the vehicle for other customers. They also apologized and offered me another car wash, however my time is very limited and am not able to go back the Ked Grody Ford for that anytime soon. It?s very appreciated though.
