I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

I am happy with everything about my explorer. Get good gas mileage and is very comfortable ride. Traded my 2020 for this 2022. Love the color and have gotten lots of compliments.

We were very pleased with our experience. Don was very quick to return my initial communication. He explained the procedure for us meeting and had the car ready for our examination. All care was taken to insure the cleanliness and contamination free condition of the car. The procedure for purchasing the car was smooth and followed social distancing standards. I worked online with Ricardo Mendoza for a few days via email, he was always prompt and courteous. I wasn't called multiple times a day or pressured to come in, because the car might not be there long. Ya know like you get from most dealerships. When I was able to make it in, he had the car detailed and ready in the event I purchased it. He was very friendly and helpful and worked very hard to make sure I was happy before I left, with a price I felt was reasonable. He even put my license plate holders on my new vehicle. It's simple things and the respect of my time, and no-pressure engagement that will cause me to return to Huffines. Also, when my blue link didn't work I texted him and he responded right back, saying I'd need to return, when I jokingly replied 'ugh' I gotta come back-he had the tech who handles it call me and get me set up and walked through using the app. It was handled within minutes. Our sales person Samuel was accommodating, helpful, made sure we knew all of our options, and made the process so much easier. Sheryl in the back office where I signed all of the new owner paperwork and forms made it so much fun! Great staff. I came there to get a used car because my husband had such a great experience there last year getting his car.

Okay, this is an older facility without all the excesses that are in so many new dealerships. I believe that the lower overhead results in a lower price for the customer. My sales person, Lou Margetis, was outstanding in answering my questions, making sure that I got to look at and drive all the vehicles that I was interested. Working with Lou, and Timothy Goodman, the New Car Director, I got what I thought was an excellent price on a new Kona SEL Plus, much better than any other Hyundai dealership. Then, Timothy Goodman made sure that I was taking advantage of all the Hyundai specials, and another $1000 came off - wow, now I had a deal that I could not refuse. I bought the Kona and drove it home that evening. Then, a few days later, Katarina, their customer relations specialist followed up, and was very helpful in answering a few questions and was sincerely interested that everything went well. It was an awesome experience, and I highly recommend this dealership. Finally, I was also very impressed that this dealership was taking the Covid-19 issue very seriously and making sure everyone was safely taken care of.

My wife and I bought a 2021 kickehs with very low miles from them. I am in my 50's and was the best buying experience that I ever had! The quote for the vehicle and the monthly payment didn't change a penny throughout the process, other words no baiting just to get you there. Very honest pain-free experience! My daughter is next in line for a car and we will definitely go straight there for our purchase!

Ticket 230312 - R Albin - This review is for the Service Department - which seems to be outstanding! My review may not be typical of their service, because it was my only visit to North Central Ford - but - there service for this visit was superb - especially when contrasted with my experience a week earlier at 5 Star Ford in Carrollton - which was terrible! North Central Ford and the Advisor, Chris Garner, were genuinely responsive, customer focused and attentive to every detail. I made an appointment to have my oil changed and the multipoint inspection for my 2011 Ford Ranger with only 73,000 miles. When I arrived they were actually waiting for me and immediately took my Ranger in for service and returned it to me within in an hour - just as they promised! Unlike 5 Star Ford, which did not meet me at the appointed time, and left me waiting for 20 minutes for a service representative to meet with me. It was like that Seinfeld Episode where Jerry is trying to explain to the rental car manager - what a reservation / appointment is! She clearly didn't know - and - neither does 5 Star Ford! They never showed - and - I left never to return! On the other hand - North Central Ford met me at the appointed time, completed the oil change and inspection and returned my Ranger in record time - because - they actually have a quick oil change service lane and actually do care about pleasing their customers! Since they're that concerned about pleasing their Service customers - I suspect that extends to their Sales Customers as well. The next time I'm in the market for a vehicle - North Central Ford will by my first call! Recommended!
