I have used Scott to maintain my 2 Miatas. They also replaced suspension, lowered my cars, replaced the steering wheel, and any other modifications I have asked for. In addition, regular maintenance. Always with precision. Most recently, my headlight had moisture in it. They had a replacement in 24 hours and scheduled my appointment. I can't reccomend anywhere else with this kind of conviction.

I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. We had service on our 2020 Escape, rear transaxle repair / replacement. The 2020 Escape has only about 37000 miles on it and was five months out of the power train warranty. Brandon Yon in the service department contacted Ford Customer Relations for us and Ford agreed to pay $800 towards the repair
