I am happy with everything about my explorer. Get good gas mileage and is very comfortable ride. Traded my 2020 for this 2022. Love the color and have gotten lots of compliments.

The staff is respectful and patient. They explained things for me to understand. Good customer service. They were not as pushy like other dealerships/service stations. I am a repeated customer.

I had a flat, it caused rim scrapping on both tires on drivers side, I called Brennen and brought the car in and this morning Patty called and it was a nail and they could repair tire and have rims fixed. Inquired about a car online, set an appointment, test drove it, got a very fair trade-in value and had the best experience at their location you could ask for. Tony was excellent to work through all our questions. When we arrived we had a specific car in mind that we wanted to do a test drive. Unfortunately the car sold in the morning. Tony discussed other options and we ended up purchasing a Murano though that was a different choice from what we were first was considering. We did 3 test drives on different styles of cars and Tony was very knowledgeable on the specifics on each car. He eventually presented different purchase options and we came to a reasonable agreement on a good purchase price. My wife and I were very happy with our visit to Nissan and Tony made the visit informative and easier to make the proper decision for us. Thank you for your help.

My service advisor, Michael, did a great job of communicating the progress of my service appointment. Not all the necessary parts were in stock after the diagnosis, but he kept me apprised of the status of their arrival and made sure I had a loaner when they came in. The technicians did a great job and returned my vehicle in great condition.

I was willing to pay Carmax’ $199 to ship a Subaru Ascent to Memphis. When I tried to send in that payment it got rejected. No amount of effort on my part was able to get it to go. So I gave up.
