My son’s truck broke down in the area and we had it towed to this dealership for repair. From our first contact, the dealership helped to make a very stressful situation more manageable. The team received our vehicle as they were closing and helped to get us logged in and on our way. The service is excellent at this dealership! Ano led the team that repaired our vehicle. He reached out regularly with updates and provided accurate estimates for the repairs. He and the rest of team are very friendly and responsive. They also have a car rental service on site. I will be connecting with this dealership on future purchase and service needs.

I had major work done on my car and I couldn?t be happier with the turnout. I had my transmission replaced along with a couple other issues on my 2017 vehicle. It took a while for the entire thing to get completed, but I was given status updates throughout the process. I picked up my vehicle late last night (5:45 pm). I was surprised the service manager was still there and he took the time to go over everything that had been done to my vehicle. The total price was slightly lower than what I was I was told it would be at the start. I was very happy and wasn?t expecting that. My car is driving great today and so far I?m extremely happy with the result from my service experience. I?m very appreciative of the help I was given and the customer service I received. Thank you Justin and everyone who worked on my car. ?

Chris does an outstanding job every time I visit. He is very accommodating and always aware of my needs and my time. Only place I service all my vehicles (3) and drive 30 minutes even though there are 2 Chevy dealers much closer.

Quick and East to get my car in for the recall issue. The time it took was a lot less than what they thought it would be, plus they washed my car. Nice Job!!!

This place made car buying super simple. I had a great salesmen by the name of Mark K and he was an absolute joy to work with. Got me setup with the online purchasing process and was quick to answer any and every question I had almost immediately. The number of cars wasn’t overwhelming by any means and had an amazing selection of cars to choose from. They got me in after work and got my car traded in for a good price and I was leaving in a beautiful car in absolutely enjoying with my family in less than an hour. Had a great buying experience with them. Purchased a used Navigator from out of state, flew in to check it out and was greeted at O’Hare by a wonderful gentleman that took me back to the dealership, it was a great ride back being picked up and already being texted about the details upon landing. The used Navigator was waiting for me inside and had be perfectly detailed and was ready for a test drive, the moment I got to the dealership. Salesman Tim was awesome to deal with throughout our entire buying process from answering all questions and doing a video call walk through on the vehicle before commenting to buy it. The Navigator was as described, they worked with us to hold it while waiting to get everything arraigned to make the trip to buy it. They even had all the numbers for financing and extended warranty done prior, so it was a simple deal of signing the documents and then proceeding on a 6.5 hour drive home in a wonderful Navigator, even in Chicago traffic. Highly recommend using this dealership and will possibly be back for future purchase as everyone was extremely nice and pleasant to work with.
