Better than the last 4 visits. Service is getting better but I am still reserving judgement until I see this longterm and not just once.

Kate Faupel Ford review
I have to say the folks at Kate Kaupel Ford down in Henderson Kentucky have the greatest customer service skills I have encountered in a long long time. I did a lot of my new Bronco stuff over the phone and lined it all up because it was a 2 hour drive. On our way there Jacob called ahead of us arriving and made sure I was coming and that the Bronco would be waiting on me to drive. Once that was over they flew through the paper work for the loan and had it not been for the services I bought to add to the Bronco we would have been back on the road home in less than 2 hours. They are phenomenal and I would highly recommend them for any vehicle purchase.

We sold our SUV to Trust Auto, and dealt with Nemat Yuldashev. Once we agreed on the price, the rest was easy, especially since we don't live in MD. He was very responsive and professional, and the deal was completed in a timely manner. We are very happy with the process and would recommend using this company.

Noah Keyland was super helpful! Noah’s lot did not have the vehicle we were looking for so he took his time to locate what we were looking for and his network and got the vehicle to our local lot so you can look at it and ultimately purchase it from him. Great communication and very personable. Thank you, Noah!
