HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I am a first time customer, will become a life time customer ... all experiences, from booking appointment to follow up call, was exceptional! Customer service 10/10, effective communication 10/10, follow up 10/10. An issue that another dealership monkeyed around with for several weeks (and still hadn't resolved) was completed in 1.5 days. All members of the Les Stumpf team were professional, friendly, courteous and seemed genuine in their efforts to resolve issues. THANK YOU LES STUMPF FORD!

Ewald's Hartford Ford review
Stopped in looking to trade-in my vehicle for a newer one and was greeted by Dawn. She did an excellent job working with me to find the best vehicle for me. Dawn was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She answered any questions I had and made sure I didn’t miss out on any potential vehicles. At no point during my time there did I ever feel pressured into a sale, options, or services. Dawn did an amazing job at making my car buying experience a hassle free one. I would gladly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I bought a 2015 ford van over the internet. They picked me up at the Milwaukee airport and gave me a pleasant lift to the dealership. This was in early March 2019 and I had a thousand plus mile journey ahead of me. The installed new wipers, new tires, and gave me a full tank of gas.and even though I was anxious to hit the road they insisted on a 15 minute safety briefing on the vans controls and a weather briefing. I was able to avoid flooding on my route in part due to their concern. The van has been great and was priced great.

We drove over an hour to view the car we saw on line to see in person. We felt very welcomed and was given information without pressure to purchase. All questions were answered and if Jake did not have the answer he immediately found someone who had the information.

Sondalle Ford review
I recently purchased a new Expedition after the AC went out in my Van. I called up and visited with one of the Salesmen over the phone to see what they had in stock that might fit my needs. We went in with the kids and ended up taking the vehicle home with us that afternoon after they got everything all ready for us. The Salesman even came out to the house to help put the finishing touches on a few minor items that we were having some trouble with. Hands down the easiest and best experience that we have ever had in buying a car. Will definitely go to them the next time I am looking for another vehicle.

Excellent sales team, as I purchased my second Ford Certified pre-owned vehicle from Mike Burkart Ford. All went smoothly. And, I received a re-imboursement in the mail, for an inadvertent charge that we all missed in filling out the paperwork. Good honest folks to work with.
