Ryan W. helped us from the very beginning when I sent an e-mail inquiring about the availability of a used 2018 Ford F-150, that was listed on the Ryan Ford Dealership webpage, all the way through the purchase. Ryan W. was personable, knowledgeable, friendly, super easy to talk with or ask questions, no pressure. It was just like talking with a friend! Their clean, reasonably priced vehicles almost sell themselves! Westley walked us through the documents and paperwork, service options for the vehicle, again hassle free and quickly! I think that from the time of our arrival to leaving the dealership was under three hours, including my three test drives that account for at least a half hour of that time and also includes them prepping and cleaning the truck for me to drive home. It looked like a showroom model including the engine compartment! I would say to consider Ryan Ford (17 years in business, family owned, I believe?) if you're shopping for a new or used vehicle, watch the Ryan Ford webpage for their inventory. Then go visit them in Sealy, Texas and drive home in your new or used vehicle like we did! It was worth taking the ride outside of Houston for us! Thanks again to the Ryan Ford Team, including the prepping staff that we didn't meet!

After I contacted them about the truck, they promptly swung into action by providing videos and other information about the truck and making it extremely easy for my wife and I negotiate a price up front and schedule a visit two days later to test drive and then buy the truck. We will cross paths again. I’ve got your number and email address. Amazingly, our sales experience started when Andrew Mastari connect it with my wife and I in the back area of the Ford dealer. He asked us if he could help us and we said sure we’re looking for a Ford transit van and he says well may I show you what he said, of course, and he jumped into our vehicle and he drove us over to the neighboring lot and we looked into the transit and even took a test drive. He was extremely helpful during the entire sales process. His sales manager, Ryan, Chase, a fellow salesman and Patricia Maldonado in Finance helped round out our transaction in Finance. Each of these team members worked tirelessly to ensure our process was seamless and completely free of errors. It took a lot of extra effort with my special situation, but they did it well and I am so proud of these guys and representing Ford and Autonation USA. 'm very pleased with Ryan Ford and the customer service they showed after my puchase. I purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler from them. I live in Lubbock so they transported the vehicle to me and only charged $300 to do so. I know it had to cost more than then in diesel alone. Once I got the Jeep and drove it about 50 miles, I noticed an oil leak which I discovered was from a leading rear main seal. Not a big deal and the part is pretty inexpensive but the labor to repair it can be costly. I took the Jeep to a reputable and dependable auto shop in Lubbock and they repaired the leak, but Curtis, my salesperson, made everything right on their end. The dealership reimbursed me for the replacing the rear main. They made it right, which is rare in this day and age. I appreciate Curtis and the ownership for their quick and fair response. I would recommend them to anyone.

I just wanted to say how refreshing it was to have a GREAT experience! I'm 68, and recently puchased a used vehicle from McGraw Ford. Not only did a I receive a good price, they bettered the offer I was getting with the financing, so of course I took their offer. But they went beyond that... within a day or two after my purchase,the vehicle developed a problem with the AC. I was worried that they would not make it good, but I was assured that it would be taken care of by Mike, the general sales manager. He is a man of his word. They replaced the AC compressor for me. I've purchased 43 cars in my life, and I genuinely say the friendliness, professionaism and overall expereince was at the very top of those 43 purchases. I highly recommend this dealership as a result of my excellent experience.
