I would like to add comments regarding the pleasant experience I had that involved Beverly Woodhull I purchased a new f350 ( which is bad xxx ) and missed tv giveaway by 10 days. I asked Beverly if it were possible to be part of the give away Without hesitation Beverly said she would ask the owner and get back to me. The owner was out of town for the holiday The first chance she was able to discuss my request she did and followed up immediately. The owner said yes and thanks to Beverly I was awarded a new tv as part of their thanksgiving giveaway. I cannot say thanks enough to Peoria ford , their owner and most importantly Beverly . She truly made us feel like family from the beginning. We did have a small issue with the battery after purchasing, but Jeff made it incredibly easy to drop the vehicle off. It was ready super quickly, and he even took the extra time to top off the tires and fluids since it was already there. Isabella was also amazing with communication, keeping me updated through text and making everything so convenient. Being 9 months pregnant and making such a big purchase could have easily been stressful, but the entire AutoNation team made the process feel effortless.
