I recently bought my 2015 Ford Focus here and my husband bought his 2015 Mustang GT a few weeks ago. Doug was our sales person. He worked very hard to get exactly what Ricky wanted. He hung out in the back seat while I test drove my Focus. He highly suggested I go through Ford Motor Credit instead of my credit union and I got 0%!! Basically all the people there are so nice and helpful. Doug wasn't pushy at all with either car. He even bought us each a soda! We will never go anywhere else!! More dealerships need a Doug.

This review is coming from a very satisfied customer of Yankee Ford South Portland The salesman by the name of Chris Solo Shared a good amount of enthusiasm in helping me get the particular vehicle that I needed His manner met the right balance of being very Helpful without being pushy He seemed to be not only happy to serve this particular dealership, but also treated this customer as if he was serving the customer also I appreciated that Modern sales transactions with everything that has to be taken into consideration, can get pretty hairy and complex I have to commend this sales person for being patient ,understanding, and having a positive temperament. as I said, neither too pushy but very helpful The next person that I had to deal with was Matt, who was the sales manager but now serves as finance manager Both sales person and Matt did make me feel like I was part of a family I think that they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the transaction Employee pricing for all was helpful I like keeping things as simple as possible and that was helpful Finally, the establishment itself, even though it seemed pretty busy, was comfortable and lent to a Positive and pleasant experience I would highly recommend this dealership And if the service department is nearly as good as the rest of the establishment, I look forward to having my transit van serviced there That’s about it for now Keep up the good work From this satisfied customer, Frank S
