I called because I had smoke coming out of the front left wheel area with a small flame which I was able to extinguish. They told me to call the towing service which I did They found that the caliper was stuck causing some other damage. They did the repairs which I am very pleased with.

Good experience overall. Very easy to purchase a new vehicle. The only gripe I have is the vehicle was brand new but it was a little dirty inside. It had about 20 miles on it, I?m guessing test drivers got it dirty? I recently purchased a RAV4 (new) for my wife and the Toyota dealership made it perfectly clean before we left. Less a grip, more a suggestion for improvement. They were really really friendly. They didn?t try and sell me any extra crap which was really nice.

Max, salesman at Kruse Motors was great! I was treated as a VIP and introduced to all staff at the dealership. I was welcomed as a loyal customer, but it was my first visit. Kruse had a nice selection of used Lincolns which was a surprise for a town the size of Marshall, MN. I will become a loyal customer as I was impressed with the staff there to include the service department. Even though it is a couple of hours from my home, I will make that trip for service and return for another deal when the time comes. The EASIEST vehicle purchase experience I've had. We were traveling from 5 hours away to look at an explorer.
